[Q] Standy Problem Please Help Me

Hi everyone.
I got a little perculiar problem right here, my cellphone is a Sony Xperia SP and i'm using this custom room [ROM][SP][JB][LB,UB] eXistenZ Ultra 1.3.7 | OTA | Honami Camera & more | 22/11/13.
Everything is working just fine exept for one thing, when my phone is in standby he reboots, i don't know what i got do to resolve this problem.
Please someone help me, 'cause i've lost my warranty during the unlock bootloader process and i don't want to send to sony, it would take a long time for them restall the firmware and i don't want a stock room neither.

Avoid any stock based! Why waste your time on any stock ROM? If you already unlocked the bootloader try CyanogenMod (CM10.2). Better camera, RAM management and all the goodies from Android 4.3

Hi I just got my xperia SP
the bootloader is locked and status allowed said : NO
anyway I tried couple roms such as eXistenZ 2.15
I had a bad experience with that
battery drain - laaag - slowness
I feel like I'm back to my old SGS
I'm loocking for stable rom battery friendly and give me a smooth experince . I don't care about feateures even if it stock or custom
any suggestions please ??!!

luckily for you theres a few custom roms recently become available for locked bootloaders try cm10.2 stable enough very good battery life for me and my gps works also,some people say gps is not working:good:

I tried lot of different ROMs on SP which includes MIUI, CM11, existenz, etc, etc but after 2-3 days of using always have one or more than one problem mentioned above! So I just flashed stock Jb 4.3 and Disabled lot of debloated apps from the Setting>Apps. Installed CLEAN MASTER app. Since the stock is best stable ROM therefore best battery backup no random reboot. Now waiting for the new firmware update for JB 4.3 which has already been released. I hope we are going to get it very soon and going to get a better performance! :good:

Please try Ultimate PureXSP and Ultimate BlackXSP

IMO Stock 4.1.2 is still fastest, just debloat it and it's perfect. I rather stay this and wait fixed 4.3 from Sony.

Both are the same
Just diffrnt in colours
PureXSP is white
BlackXSp is black
So its your choice

I'm gonna install Nova and few apps for themeing or themer beta how much the free ram in this rom ?
and the most important thing is the battery life . how about it ??

so how I can flash it and my phone is on LB ?

yes stock 4.3 got bugs but atleast the camera quality is far better then 4.1.2 whenever I install custom ROM or kernel to my Xperia SP its a kind of unstable i can't even run the full antutu benchmark it reboots at 21% no matter on what custom ROM/kernel i am running :crying: and system reboots frequently. Therefore, Now i flashed the stock 4.3 australia firmware and locked the bootloader now atleast i can run full antutu benchmark now matter how many times i run it! thats why stock is best with disabled debloated apps and obviously no Facebook app also! :laugh:

We do not allow best/rom kernel threads on XDA. What's best for someone else may not be what's best for you. Best advice is to head over to the development section, try some out and see which best suits your needs.

Click on "[Depository]Kernels and ROMs for the SE Xperia
X8" in my signature. Those are all the ROMs for the Xperia X8. There are only 2 Kitkat ROMs and both of them have bugs.

Have you tried an ICS ROM for this phone???
BTW Jellybean runs pretty well on this phone with zero bugs...

I use JB Mini Project with 2.6.32.62-XPerience-KK04 Kernel. This ROM isn't the best when it comes down to speed but it is when you are looking to get a lot of cool features.

i have kit kat 4.4.1 android for x8 .. now i fix all bug and make it complet .. hhaa ... i will upgrade it to 4.4.2 .. when i free ..

Unfortunately I do. I have a jbmini rom running now, and I've had tons of other roms flashed before this. What I do know: is that Browser crashes constantly it's barely usable, installing any apps like facebook is suicide the phone wil reboot the apps will crash etc etc
The only reason I still have JB on this phone is because I'm perfectly happy with my Galaxy S5 :good:

I have the same ROM (and with 2.6.32.62-XPerience-KK04 Kernel) and its works fine with Facebook Messanger and Whatsapp Installed(No random reboots). Why would you even used the stock browser with a lot of other better option out there, I use Opera Mini. And as I said before, there are other JB ROMs if what you want is speed.

Huge lagg when installing apps on phone.

Hi there did im only one whos have huge lagg when installing apps on android 4.3 ? Before sp i was having xperia v and no such lagg there was ... same android 4.3 but lower specs and phone works really well ... or did some how i can fix that lagg ? i have odex rooted phone

Sony's 4.3 has always had lag when installing apps.
No way to fix it that I know of. Its a lot better in 4.4 custom roms though still occasionally get a lag when installing from play store but doesnt freeze the whole phone.

Yea but same 4.3 firmware many programs works on both but xperia v specs are much lower maybe if service jar from sp ill use on sp can it be better ? :silly:

Same version number but thats all, Sony messed up 4.3 badly hence why we had so many versions of it (including their internal test versions).

quick help related to cyanogenmod

i have been using cm for my c5302 since a long time.. i keep playing with custome roms all around,,
cm is great in performance no doubt.. but the sound drivers which is installed in it gives very low sound output compared to stock sony xperia ROM..
currently i have been using stock SP rom .. its **** slow i am thinking to install CyanogenMod 12 Android 5.0 ROM for Sony Xperia SP .. yeah its the same cyanogenmod but again i think about the sound also i want to install xperia UI in cm with walkman albums movies.. can anyone please suggest..

Now in cm12 for lb is sound too high, i tried it myself , in first fxp build of cm12 the sound is fixed but for now there is problem with ril and you cant call from that rom, i think it would be best if you would wait for the fxp builds that will be fixed because that one that we already have is buttery smooth and fast!

so are we getting cyanogenmod 12 for xSP c5302 ?
