Hello everyone, is any chance to repair my X8? I tryed instal new rom, GingerDX. Every step was succes unless first boot. It stoped on SE logo. I tried flash it with flashtool, but when i connect phone with PC it asked me for turn on Unknown Sources and Debugging. But how if i can´t turn it on?
Can somebody help me? PLEASE

you don't need to turn on unknown sources. pull out the battery, put it in, don't turn on the phone, in flashtool click on flash-> choose the file you want to flash, pc will tell you that you need to hold back button and conect the phone. do it

Well u stuck right? Use SEUS to restore 2.1, root back, install back xrecovery installer,do full wipe (must do this for once), flash GDX13, reboot, touch ur screen during sony ericsson logo appear, CWM will appear, flash GDX21, complete. GUD LUCK
-If u want, unlocked bootloader and flash alfs kernel v5. don forget to flash update file in cwm
Thanks but I can´t connect phone in SEUS. When it show me how to connect it I do it. But then my device manager shows that i connect Sony Ericsson USB Flash but after while it change for USB Mass Storage Device and there is error that device can´t turn on

There may be a simple solution,as you said it stops booting after flashing GDX.did you try a full wipe after flashing the rom?did you flashed it with CWM or xRec?
It stops before GDX and I flashed it with xRecovery. Still nothing, i still have only SE logo.....
You must install GingerDX with CWM Recovery. Only v013 and older can be installed with xRecovery
But how if I can´t instal CWM now?
You must reinstall stock firmware with FlashTool, SEUS or PC Companion first

I know, I already tried it. Flashtool want Unknown sources and Debugging on, but I can´t turn it on because I can´t turn on phone. SEUS can´t find my phone, in Device manager X8 looks like Sony Ericsson USB Flash but after while it change to USB Mass Storage Device. And there is error because the device can´t be turned on. I tried it also through PCC. I tried repair it. But it can´t download software and I don´t know why.
FlashTool don't need Unknown sources and USB debugging to be turned on. It is only info what you need to do after flashing when phone boots up.
Do you have flash drivers installed?
Try to turn off your antivirus if you have it installed.
Can you try reinstall it on another computer?

My phone can't start anymore I can't even see the boot logo or access into cwm just the black screen :crying:
The only thing My phone can do is press volume+ when connect usb ,then the led will appear
I ever heard someone said it's fastboot or something but I dont know how can it help me fix my phone

You flash a custom kernel to a locked bootloader and wonder why it breaks your phone....
Flash a stock kernel in flashtool or repair using flashtool or repair using pccompanion
EDIT
In future make sure you read the instruction on the OP, it clearly states in the requirements that an unlocked bootloader is needed.

hi guys,
today i have bricked my z...i was only formatting the sd card and then it reboot and then it died...i tried everything but it won't turn on...the strange thing is when i plug it to my pc, it knows it as ZEUS FLASH DEVICE
there are no led blinking and i tried with hard reset but nothing...i had nameless rom 4.4.2 with unlocked bootloder
what i should do?
UPDATE: if i press power+volume + it reboots in the same mode but it doesn't vibrate or turn on leds
up

Flashtool in this case is useless and i don t think is hardware...when i plug it in the pc (usb) it recognize it as zeus flash device but you can t do anything...no recovery no flashboot no flashmode...anyway i have sent it in assistance and i m not sure they will repair it

Hello Masters Im A Noob want ur help.....!!!! i tried to flash miui7 rom bt shamescool and as a result my zr is dead flashtool pc companion wont detect my device plugging usb only red light light appears but nothing else pc not detecting.... someone said me its a dead boot and related to hardware i have c503 locked bootloader rooted and dual recovery installed plz help me to fix it
