I think you should stick to what has Jackwu696 suggested.
Anyway here are the rough steps.
1. Download Philz kernel to your mobile.
2. Download RAW kernel V4 or V5 your mobile.
3. Enter recovery mode using the Vol Up + Power + Home keys.
4. Flash Philz kernel, reboot back to recovery ( using the keys mentioned above)
5. Flash RAW kernel and reboot to recovery.
6. Perform a complete wipe.
7. Flash your CM11 ROM and reboot.
Go through the forums in depth and you will find lots of posts with detailed steps.
Always read the OP carefully before you do anything. Whatever you do is under your own risk, so you are warned!!!

Hello manmo,
While I think that we should try to help those in need, I really feel that at least those who asks for help should already know what they want to do and at least how to do before asking for help. I will be happy to rewrite guidance that you wrote which is in every beginning post of a rom thread IF the correspondence has already tried the steps and met problems instead of just asking "how'. And I'm sure much more experienced xda members would be glad to help, too if the questions is a just one.

Nope, there's no 'Recovery' and 'Reboot' entry in the Power Menu after (re)applying CWM.

Chainfire's method in this post most definitely does work. Follow the instructions exactly. Be certain to read through both the first and second posts - the files are located in the fourth post, but you need to read and understand the first two before you move on. This is pretty foolproof, if it doesn't work, then you didn't most likely didn't match your numbers to the proper download.

I am not saying I couldn't install CWM properly or anything else, just that I want to add those two holy items.

I don't know what to say other than you haven't followed the instructions properly. It's easy to miss a step. But let's check one thing:
CWM Manager
Because of incompatibilities with ROM Manager, I wrote and included "CWM Manager". This is a new app (as of March 30, 2011). You can find it under Applications -> CWM. It is much faster to use than manually booting into CWM and selecting these options.

I just forgot to say I am using mowmo's ICS Theme and that might have modified the Power menu (although I ran afterwards already-roooted.bat again and those entries are not there).

I didn't check the option because I do not use Philz Kernel right now. But this option is used for preparing your device before installing a new ROM. So I think you removed the old one with the options but didn't install a new custom Rom, right?
Try to download any Custom Rom here in the forum or a Stock Rom from sammobile.com and install it. Then everything should be ok again.

On sammobile.com there are three different version (depending on your mobile provider): globe, smart, sun. All with DXLR5.
You can choose and download yourself here (please change the option to the one you need).
More easy: download the right one from Dr. Ketan's thread here.

No, I will not. Why? Dr. Ketan did this in his thread already and in a much better quality compared to what I would produce here in a few lines. So please scroll a little down in the given link to his thread - you'll even get snapshots of the installation process. Good luck.

Just for the next time. When you use clean for a new rom,
If formats the system and data. That means you are not left with any rom on your device. So it will not boot.
You should have loaded a rom you want to flash in to the phone and installed it after that option you selected.
---------- Post added at 09:21 PM ---------- Previous post was at 09:19 PM ----------
And hopefully hot file won't let you down at about 90 %
Also if you have already downloaded a custom rom to flash you can tilldo it by mounting the usb storage from recovery

The second one a file manager while your use your device with running Android OS!
So that's like comparing apple with android - two different worlds

Try shutting down the phone then when it's off maintain pressed volume up AND volume down at the same time, then while pressing those press the power button, it should get you to recovery or download mode.
If not, make sure to enable root following this Rom's main tread and download from play store an app to reboot to recovery or download, then try.
Let me know

The physical buttons do not register well after flashing this rom. You should pull ur battery out and put it back again then press hard on the buttons. I also faced that problem when i was on this rom.
Another option to boot to recovery is to install terminal emulator and enter this command:-
$su
#reboot recovery.
The phone will automatically boot to recovery

Hi,
New in Motorola world (long time user of Samsung phablets), I'd like few advices about best rom. I have been long time user of Cyanogen but it's not yet officially avalaible so should I go for this unofficial build of CM12: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/daily-stock-cm12-builds-t2988749 or this one that looks very promising in term of speed and stability: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/rom-cleanrom-1-0-beta-lrx22-clean-t2991714
For root and unlock, this tool looks ok ?*http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6/development/toolkit-wugs-nexus-root-toolkit-v1-9-8-t2947452

Hi,
New in Motorola world (long time user of Samsung phablets), I'd like few advices about best rom.
Thanks for advices,
Vincèn

The easiest way to root and unlock is ChainFire. Google CF root for nexus 6. Fast and easy. Took 5 minutes.

Thanks will try it as soon as I have rooted and unlocked my phone
since you just left the Samsung world, ill let you know about nexus roms.. nexus roms always have complete source, no hacking needed. what that means is that they all are stable and efficient. unlike samsung, that doors not provide full source. oh, and cm is not as popular on the nexus as on other devices, just for the fact that anyone can create a stable rom, not just your basic cm.

easiest way to root and unlock is the right way, not a toolkit. its a nexus, google makes it easy to unlock and root.
1. fastboot oem unlock, will unlock your bootloader
2. then you flash twrp recovery
3. then you flash supersu in your new recovery
4. then reboot, with root.
5. takes about 3 most minutes, if youre slow.
that way you actually learn something instead of using a toolkit and not learning anything.

Frank is a good stock-like rom, the Dev is a friend as well. id say take a week, try several roms, they stay with what fits your needs

Thanks for that short tuto and agree with you have been able to unlock bootloader and flash twrp but unable to find supersu to flash (all links go to Autosupersu Any links ?
Extra info: flash of recovery is not working when I go in recovery mode I have a broken droid stating no command avalaible
Succeede to install TWRP and install Frank ROM (did clean of all caches). Unhappy the ROM doesn't work on mine. At bootup it displas an error message about initial wizard that crashed and it loops into it Will try CM*then
Thanks
