[Q][HELP] Issues after installing custom ROM - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi everyone, could use some help with my One M7.
EDIT: Okay, i got passed the initial problem! I had to go into recovery and mount /system and everything. I can get into the phone again, however it's continuing to reboot every 2 minutes without warning.
After updating to the stock 4.4.2 my phone became more or less un-usable (no network, constant rebooting, dialer crashing at startup) so I unlocked my phone, installed TWRP and attempted to install a custom 4.3 ROM however it got stuck in a bootloop and corrupted my TWRP.
I can't use TWRP because none of the versions work, they all send me into a bootloop so I'm using ClockWork Mod.
After much frustration I managed to adb push a stock rom onto my phone and install that through CWM. After installing the new ROM i wiped system cache, dalvik cache and wiped all data, all good so far. I rebooted the phone and it started initializing the Android OS and shows me the lock screen. At this point I'm over the moon! However I go to unlock the phone and I'm greeted by the white HTC splash screen. Unfortunately this is as far as I've gotten. The phone just constantly reboots itself every 2 minutes and gets to the same point.
Does anybody know of any workarounds?
Much appreciated, you'll make my week if you can help me.

No mobile connectivity after flashing ROM, NEED a fresh start

I recently flashed CM11 on my HTC one sprint to find out that there was no data connectivity, I was able to make calls and send text just not refresh apps over 3g etc. I did a factory reset and then tried flashing over CM 10 and still nothing. Went back and fourth and nothing. Tried Viper ROM and took everything off my phone and had to reinstall CWM onto it. Loaded CM 10 and 11 back onto it and still nothing. Tried GURU Reset method and the touch doesnt work but can still see theres no connection not even phone calls anymore. Is there a way to fix this or be able to start fresh. I dont care if I lose root, ill do it again, I just need my phone to work again.
Thanks for your help,
Tim

A bit late. But it happened to me the other day. Its because you were S-ON. Run an RUU (relock bootloader first) and get back to stock. Then root and S-OFF and then flash your rom. Fixed it for me

[Q] No Radio - and "process com.htc.htcdialer isn't responding"

I was running Android Revolution HD 52.0
My phone was unlocked, htc-off and rooted (of course)
Everything was running peachy. until..This morning, I noticed my phone didn't have reception.
I booted into recovery, and cleared cache/davlic - and let it do its thing
The phone rebooted 1/2 way through upgrading apps. then eventually rebooted all the way through.
After a few seconds - I get the "process com.htc.htcdialer isn't responding" wait / close
Waiting just brings it back - so does close - eventually.
I have no service/reception.
If i look in Mobile network settings - APN, Network mode/ network operators is disabled
Under software version - The baseband is "Unknown"
I tried updating radio - no go.
I tried updating to latest firmware 4.19.401.11
I tried updating to latest Android Revolution HD 61.1
When I stick in flight mode - it hangs - and i can't get it out of flight mode.

Experiencing the same error and reboot cycle.
Restored to previous backups - same error.
Tried to install latest version of ROM (Viper) - fails.
Can't find a stock recovery to use (UK on Three network via TWRP).
At a dead-end here - can anyone offer any suggestions around what to try next?
Thanks in advance...

Found this - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2758035
Bit confused (and embarrassed) by not finding it before posting.
Anyway, looks like I'm entering the arena of hardware damage, probably around the SIM tray (though looking at it, there's no obvious problem - ie, to the untrained eye!) Before I go down that route, however, could anyone point me in the direction on an appropriate stock recovery. Here's my getvar...

Temporary fix / workaround
Hi guys
I've been struggeling with this for DAYS now where I've tried different solutions like going back to stock RUU, flashing different radios and ROMs.
Today I just flashed Onedroid Beta 21 ROM (get it here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2522530) along with baseband 4A.23.3263.28_10.38r.1157.04L
Don't ask me why I choose the specific combo... but it works! I sometimes get the "process com.phone has stopped working" error but it resets in a few seconds and the phone catches reception right away. So I can now do phone calls, send text messages and use 3G/LTE.
The phone still restarts but now it's very rare.
My specs:
OneDroid BETA 21
M7UL
CID: Y_13
S-Off
Unlocked
Rooted

Hey man, thanks for the tip, just wanted to know where do i get the baseband as you mentioned?

[Help] Rom flashing killing recovery.

I have had a few phones and some experience but this one has be stumped.
I am trying to install Android_Revolution_HD-One_71.1 on this phone. I do recall a long time ago I tried to install ViperOne and the same issue happens. Only rom i could get working was Cynogen.
There is no issue sideloading ROMS into it. When the installer to finish. I chose not to do the SU option. it would stick on the HTC loading screen. However i could get into recovery with no issues. If I pick to install SU it will kill the recovery and stick on the loading HTC loading screen.
I would assume its a firmware/radio issue but before I do running around bricking my phone, would like some advice on what to do.

Hello,
do you habe installed cwm recovery? You need to install twpr(TeamWin Projects) and it will work. If got the same problem today .
Install twpr for expample over the fastboot methode.
Mfg
Zwiebel
Yes, if you are not using TWRP that might be the issue. Check the last ten pages of ARHD to get a feel for which version works the best. You are on a JB firmware trying to run a KK ROM. I would try to update the phone first, then install a custom ROM with the appropriate custom recovery.

Bootlooping HTC m7ul - no roms work

Hi. I am at my wit's end with my HTC One m7 ul.
It all started when I was on venomrom 7.02 clicked a link on Facebook and it went into a bootloop.
I have tried to install multiple ROMs but cannot get the phone to complete either the installation or 1st boot.
Bootloader is unlocked and tampered.

I'm on TWRP 2.6.3.3 (m7 img) - weirdly I am unable to boot into TWRP when I flash newer versions or even m7ul versions. I have checked the MD5 codes on every install as well.
When I flash the rom I format data and then wipe system and cache as well (along with it as well).
I am trying to get into a stock rom to try and install sunshine to get to s-off - to update firmware and to get to venom 8.0 , or even reset to stock and send back to T-Mobile
Roms I have tried -
Guru_Reset_M7_4.19.401.11-TeHashX - bootloop
AR9
AR840
One_4.06.1540.2_odexed
cm-11-20140106-NIGHTLY-m7ul - this one worked once, got into the phone but went into bootloop when i clicked a playstore app link - since then cannot boot into the phone
omni-4.4.4-20150520-m7ul-FINAL - got past boot but not close enough to stock for sunshine, since then no luck booting into system.
Have also formatted partition using mkfs.ext4 and proceeded to clean install a rom, but no success.
Can't find a stock rom close to my version number, which is why I tried the Guru_Reset one as recommended on another thread.
Please help!

You either wiped /system or formatted /data hence why you can't boot in your OS anymore...
Flashing custom software (recovery, roms, kernels) requires an unlocked bootloader (like you already know) but booting custom softwares also requires an unlocked bootloader, that's why you can't access twrp anymore now that it'S relocked, even if it's still there on your phone.
Flash the 7.19.707.151 RUU, your phone will be back to 100% stock and from there you'll be able to unlock your bootloader again, flash twrp and a rom. There is a sticky thread in the general section (lolliopop ruu collection), you'll find instructions how to flash the ruu there.
