[Q] infinite loop in Asus logo - Asus Transformer TF701

Hi everyone.
I was updating my Asus TF701 with the MicroSD method, when i gave the command to wipe the device (i read it in a topic near mine, where it's explained how to update in this way); after gave it, the tablet start in an infinite loop with asus logo. I can't access to recovery or shut off it. Very annoying. I'm wating for low battery and then i will try to access to the recovery.
I'm rooted and have unlocked the tab with asus application. I was updating to 10.26.1.18 because i want to install clockwork recovery and then change rom.
Any advice is welcome.
Sorry for my bad english.

[Q] APX mode backup

Ello,
This is my first post!
I've just bought a Asus TF701t and I want to install CROMi-X. I've already done a Nandbackup using CWM booted from fastboot so I still have the stock recovery. However I hear that this tablet allows for a much lower level of backup using APX. Before I do any further changes to this tablet I would like to backup the boot loader.
Is this possible? All the tutorials are for older Transformers.
I'm currently on 10.26.1.18 bootloader with Stock rom.
Thanks...

It took a very long time to get nvflash working on Android 4.2.1 on the TF201, TF300 and TF700. As we have fewer devs working on the TF701 I would say you have zero chance of seeing anything insode the next 6 months.
As long as you follow the guides it is hard to brick. If unsure ask first And NEVER wipe from the BOOTLOADER. EVER.
OK, going for it

Thanks for getting back to me this quickly.
OK, I'm going for it! I've already done a wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition. Let's see where we get to...
Result!
Just to let you know I've successfully installed the CROMi-X firmware. It went very smoothly once I could get it going. I kept having problems installing from the keyboard dock's SDCard reader. It kept failing the initial checksum process. I switched to a higher capacity MicroSD in the internal reader and it went on without a hitch.

[Q] Moto G stuck after flash

Hello everybody. First thing first you should know that I am a noob. You will see why in the explanation of the problem. Then...
I have upgraded my moto g to lollipop via OTA (xt1032 8GB). Didn't like it so I tried to to downgrade to kitkat. Success, but I got the screen flickering problem so I was looking for a way to get back the previous bootloader. I even tried to flash to cwm recovery. And that is the point where I did the (probably) most stupidest thing. Thinking that I could flash back the stock rom, I've wiped out everything with cwm recovery. Now I'm stuck, have nothing in the moto g except the bootloader screen (41.18), I panicked and I flashed the stock recovery with the moto tool, but I think I've worsened everything. Now it's the time for laughing. Ok I deserve it. The question is: can I do something to get back my moto g? I don't care if with lollipop (I will keep it as long it works), I'm in total panic. Now even adb doesn't recognize the device.
Thanks for reading all of this. If you guys can help it would be wonderful (don't be afraid to ask something in return because I will do almost everything! ).
Greetings.
Freddy.
P.S. There are surely problems with my english. Sorry about that!
Ok found a topic (http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/general/unbrick-method-t2794271) about how to unbrick and following the procedure. Flashed the Philz recovery with success. Now I'm following the OP procedure. In a few minutes the results...
After a few tries and a lot of strange errors that I decided to ignore I've been finally able to get kitkat back!!! Ok the screen is flickering like before but it doesn't matter. Learned a lot of thinks and discovered lot of useful tools!
Bye!

Not a good idea to downgrade a moto g and your posting in the wrong forum , you need to post in the first gen forum your posting in the 2nd gen 2014 forum. I'd redownload the stock lollipop ROM and flash using fast boot
http://www.filefactory.com/folder/c6cdedc45a775d27 find the one that corresponds to your model and carrier and country.
Thanks for the advice. In the end I've updated to lollipop because I was tired of all the "bugs" between the new bootloader and kitkat. Sadly I was unable to find a compatible version of the xposed framework, but I think I will just wait for the stable! .
Thanks again!
Freddy.

Yarvik TAB10-410 almost dead

Hi.
A friend asked my help with his Yarvik tab10-410. Being a bit more easy to me, I'm forced to ask help.
This tablet was infected with malware. According to what I can see and read about, it might have been rooted before. Every time I go to recovery and apply factory reset, the malware keeps annoying. even without internet connection.
Tried safe mode and nothing. In comparison to my son's Chuwi alike, I noticed that there is no internal sdcard (at least it won't mount).
Don't know what I can do beside applying some based code: custom rom, stock OS, whatever.
But neither of them appeared in my googling hours.
Does anybody have a solution? My knowledge is Android matters is very limited, but I follow instructions very well.
I only was able to root my smartphone to remove some bloatware.
Thanks.

Chanced are that you've already tried this but just in case, there is a hard reset option for this specific tablet.
http://www.hardreset.info/devices/yarvik/yarvik-tab10-410-noble-101/
This might work if you're trying to do a factory reset.
That's what I ment by factory reset. Since even after that the malware appears, that's why I think the tablet might have been infected as root.
Hi, You need to find a factory image to flash to your device, if not you cant fix that infection.

Does anyone know where can I find it?
Yarvik (brand) seems to be dying if not already dead. Bankruptcy was (according to news I read) part of brand's history.
Thank you

Hi.
Couldn't find any rom. Had to send my friend to oficial support. It took almost 1 month to regain control of that "brick".

Samsung J5 (2015) is stuck on Samsung loading logo.

Hi everyone!
I really need your help. First of all, i want to say that I'm pretty new to all this technology stuff. So, I installed this Xposed Installer into my phone. Everything seemed okay. It told me to restart my phone to finish the installation. Okay, I did restart my phone. Aaand i got stuck on Samsung loading logo.
I've read alot of articles, but have not find a solution.
I tried:
1) Reboot it multiple times.
2) Wipe cache partition and wipe data/factory reset.
So the main reason I have not found a solution yet, because my phone is locked with password. So I cannot access it trough PC and do something, because it just won't let me.
Is there a way to do this. And if there is please explain it clearly, because i said im new to this stuff.
I know you had struggle to read this, but sorry for my grammar mistakes. (English is not my native language).
Thank you,
Liutauras.

Mi Max 2 stuck at bootloop!

Hi Im feeling really bad to my stomach as Im typing this.
I was trying to enable camera 2 api and Dolby atmos.
I flashed TWRP and booted into it (so I could install zips and for it to go back to stock recovery afterwards so I can get OTA)
I tried installing the camera 2 enabler but it didnt work, the Dolby one did work though.
But when i hit reboot it just stuck on that Mi logo, please please help!
I tried going back to TWRP and flashed the TWRP image as recovery (I figured it didnt want to boot because it didnt recognize the recovery) but still nothing.
I really dont want to have to erase everything. I didnt do a backup :crying:
Im running the latest stock global rom btw.
Edit2; Bootloader is unlocked, the phone is NOT rooted.
Is there a way I can prevent data from being lost? I can enter TWRP and I see there is a "BACKUP" option, can I maybe save some of my data? Im guessing my most important stuff is my Whatsapp convos and pictures. I have a USB OTG I can connect to it too.
I am desperately updating this thread in hope for someone to reply and searching MAO for any solution
UPDATE, I did it!
If anyone is as NOOB as I was, please, its even written on the TWRP WEBSITE WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE THING. YOU NEED TO DISABLE DM-VERITY. THIS IS EASILY DONE BY FLASHING LAZYFLASHER!
Im almost embarressed.
Dear Mod, feel free to do whatever with this thread, even though you guys didnt have the time to help it still felt comfortable knowing that you are out there somewhere caring. <3
