It wasn't hung, it was formatting and you interrupted the process. Do a fastboot erase system then boot back into recovery and format system, but let it run this time. What CWM version did you flash?

anyone know any solution i dont want to flash 2.1 again through kdz
Format all partitions, except sdcard(obviously) clean dalvik cache, restore, clean dalvik again, and try to boot. it might take a while, but let's hope it at least boots.

If you are using Mur4ik's KDZ or program to resize partitons, it seems that system in backup is too large, so you have to restore original partition sizes.
Here is how to get your original partition sizes back.
Download the original size bootloader file from here.
Flash the file in fastboot using:
fastboot flash APPSBL appsboot_250_134_64.mbn
fastboot reboot
Then restore your recovery backup. If you want to remove fastboot & recovery, flash your recovery backup, then use SwiftBootloaderBuilder to remove fastboot & recovery.

First of all, make sure that you have Clockwork Recovery on your phone. Download the Android 2.1 recovery backup from here.
Put the 'signed_041011 183449.zip' on the SDCard (preferably in the root of the drive)
Flash the 'appsboot_250_134_64.mbn' file that I posted above.
When fastboot says 'rebooting....' Hold down home + power to enter recovery then go to 'install zip from sd card', then 'choose zip from sd card' and pick the signed_041011_183449.zip and select yes. When that finishes, go back and select 'wipe data/factory reset' choose yes and then select reboot. You should be greeted with Android 2.1.
Hope it helps.
Ok so far so good but where is that "SwiftBootloaderBuilder" i cant find it in the forum

HEELP!!!!
I Installed Blackrose now if I want to install a rom i can, but when i wanna reboot it reboots to the recovery!
Same answer: overwrite it with revolutionary hboot.

Change the title of this thread, its untrue and misleading.
but how to overwrite with revolutionary hboot?
If you're still stuck in your recovery loop, try this :
Wipe/ factory data reset
wipe all partitions ( except SD card )
reflash whatever rom you want
AND BAM! Fixed your damn phone hehehe

What rom are you using? (did you do a full wipe?)
maybe it's the problem of the rom
Wipe cache worked for me

Jup, most of the time it's just the dalvik or cache partition with bootloops.
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
adb remount
adb shell rm -rf /system/sd/dalvik-cache
adb reboot bootloader
-> First go to fastboot mode into the bootloader
Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot
How did you flashed blacrose, via P32IMG or adb? I tried via P32IMG, but it didn't worked, so my method is: make nandroid backup, flash hboot using this, then boot into recovery, make full wipe, then restore previous backup. Worked like charm 2 times.
Ok so I followed the instructions,
Flashed the boot.img inside the rom (fastboot flash boot "boot.img")
went into the install ran it as new install so wipe all and made the s-on was checked (my bootloader says s-on)
install finished fine
flashed the new boot.img
but the phone won't boot past the coloured X
Please help
Also I get
E:Can't mount /dev/block/mmcblk0p36(Invalid Argument) and
Error mounting /internal_sdcard/ . android_secure!
Skipping format...
Formatting CACHE....
Skipping format of /sd-ext
When I try and do Wipe ALL data/factory reset from recovery
flash boot img from fastboot is the only thing i can think of but you said you already did that..

after it i tried to flash TWRP recovery. but i cant reach their..
the only things i see after rebooting to recovery is black screen white LED
Recovery does not match the formatting of your data partition. Get the correct TWRP or format your data partition correctly.

Boot partition in le2 cannot be wiped. As for your bootloader relocking problem, flash twrp and then allow it to perform system modifications. Then wipe data. Then wipe system. If that doesn't work, then format data to ext2 using mkef2s and then for mat data again using ext4. Then format data ,system , cache and dalvik cache only. Your bootloader will not relock by itself again. If it still does, then flash lazyflasher to disable dm-verity and unencrypt phone

Are you able to boot to recovery(twrp)?
If yes, try flashing the latest twrp image using twrp on your phone. Then repeat steps mentioned. Finally, flash stock ROM Zip
Ive bricked the bastard but will continue
Is the red LED flashing or stuck when you let it charge?
