Weather Widget - KEEP FLIP CLOCK??

Hey..
I have the flip clock on my main home, but every time i lose wifi or turn it off it says forecast error and doesn't even show the clock at all. This is getting completely annoying and it stinks when i get it in car or leave the house my clock goes away along with my wifi connection lol. Is there any way to avoid this, or maybe another app that features a similar flip clock? Thanks!
I got rid of this app for that reason. I live in one the 50 largest cities in the US with 3G and that app just sucked at getting me weather, and at times would have a time off from the phones clock.
I don't see the point of the flip clock, or any clock when the phone displays it in the upper right.
I used Desmondes paid Weather Forecaster, seems acurate and updates. I also use Weather Bug since its free and can show the temp on the status bar.

LG weather widget not updating...

The default LG 3D weather widget is a beauty, but it doesent seem to update automatically. I have to manually press the update button on the lower left side... And i can't find any settings about updating. The animations only work with the LG launcher (which i dont use, i use launcherpro).
Anyone who gets it to update?
That's what I found upon purchasing the 2X... I came from a Desire where the clock/weather could be updated every 30 minutes or so automatically... Sadly, like you. I don‘t think we can on the standard Rom

[Q] LG stock weather widget time issue

Why the time showing in the weather widget not as same as in system timing? anyone can pls tell me how to set it? I hv choose the correct timezone, and i can updates the weather and the time is correct once it been updated, but after 1 second pass by, the time will just stop at the time that i update.
If u are using a taskkiller then exclude clock app from it. This worked for me.

Problem with weather widget

Hello,
I have a problem with default installed Yahoo Weather widget.
Im living in Europe and the time was changed to winter time, one hour backward.
And since then the Yahoo Weather widget still shows me one hour + like in the summer time.
How can I change the time in Yahoo Weather widget?
Thanks.

My choice is the 3D Digital Weather Clock from Factory Widgets, giving you time, date, weather, week number, battery and moon phase at a glance.
Tapping hours and minutes opens app of choice (in my case Alarm Clock Plus and A HIIT Interval Trainer).
Tap weather for 5-day forecast, left corner for system status and right corner for app settings.

What he ^^^^^ said :good:
HD Widgets running on your choice of launcher (Nova is my favourite). I don't understand why anybody would want to stay on the stock ROM which is fixed to a 4x4 grid - looks butt-ugly on a screen the size of ours.
HD Widgets plus the HDW: Icon Pack for Tablets - only costs a couple of pounds and looks sweet.
Yeah got that problem too google doesnt seem to have the answer

[Q] Weather widget - sometimes animates, sometimes not?

Hey, just wondering if anyone else has noticed that sometimes the little weather symbol in the weather clock widget (on top of blinkfeed, lock screen etc) animates, like a cloud with falling rain etc
Yet sometimes it doesn't - when does it decide to animate, and why? Just curious!

I noticed it once when I was waking up and thought it was cool but haven't seen it since. I'd also like to know what the trigger is for it to animate.
I don't have it yet but in all previous versions of sense was an option inside weather settings called "show weather animation" something like that....I don't know if there's any parameter that will allow you to use it continuesly but as far I remember animates in some updates and not always....

I think it only animates the transition between weather changes.

How about the weather on HTC Sense's trademark weather flip clock widget? Does it animate too in Sense 5?

No, there is no [full screen] animation any longer with the flip clock

It animates when it auto refreshes (depending on your refresh interval) or when you manually open the weather app itself.
