Is this the correct forum for the GPE HTC One?

Hi guys,
I just ordered an HTC One GPE today, and plan to unlock it and root it when I get it. Is this the correct forum for the GPE? I'm sort of confused on where to go for ROMs, recoveries, and the like. I know it's based off the AT&T HTC One, since it has that model's radios, but obviously, it's not the HTC One with Sense. Am I in the correct area?

Thanks. Do you know if TWRP recovery is for the m7 or m7att? Not sure if there's a difference or not.

Thank you! What kind of ROMs can you flash on the GPE? Does it not matter either?

Return your Gpe and get the Tmo version it has all the radios and just do a conversion

Apologies for posting again, but I have one more question: when I get the GPE One out of the box, will it have the same bootloader as Nexus devices? So I won't have to S-OFF or change the CID?

They said it may work for some other HTC. However, it does not work for HTC One GPe 4.2.2 (just tried it)

Just tried on international version HTC one, getting a FC.

i was really hoping for a simple a root too i dont want to go through all the hassle of unlocking the bootloader and wiping my phone

I shouldn't laugh at these kind of responses, but I did :laugh:
There are many variants of the HTC One in many countries and many carriers, each with a different stock ROM. How are we going to know which one you're looking for?

We need more information than you provided to properly answer your question. See the post above this for the reason. Please post a fastboot getvar all removing the imei and serialno.

I have tow devices HTC one m7 , one is M7 T-MOBILE DE and one M7 dual sim 802W both has problems with QHSUSB_DLOAD I buy RIFF BOX and I want to fix them I want to know how to soldier point on the motherboard I don't have the jtag jig
