As the end of my two year agreement comes to a close, I'm wondering if it matters that my phone has CyanogenMod on it. Has anyone had any experience with this? Will they need to use my phone for anything?

Don't need to return the phone to upgrade.

Unless they are offering an additional discount, then you should at least wipe data.

I need to get my phone replaced due to a cracked screen, i was wondering what if anyone have replaced there phone if they get the real droid bionic or a refurbished one that does not have the same quality as the droid bionics you get from the store?

I suggest u call instead of doing it online, reason is everytime i called to have my phone replaced i would get a new one in the box and everything but the two times i tried online i got refurbished phones.

I called and got a refurb. And if OP has full insurance then cracked screen is covered.

Since they don't make new Bionics anymore I would be surprised if you had the option of new in box. My guess is the only one's they stock are refurbs, also that's much cheaper for them to replace than an original.

Maybe some dev can port it for us

Yea that's true I really don't care about 4.3. I'm a sense guy lol just wanted to share... I just want the dam 4.2.2 update
Sent from my HTCONE using Tapatalk 4 Beta
Apparently there is no difference in performance so not a big deal imo.

I just want 4.3 so Bluetooth works like it should
So as a Samsung Owner then a Iphone5 owner I am mainly just fustrated with the poor performance and function of Bluetooth. Also I just purchased a Fitbit Flex for me and my wife which come to find out won't work on the HTC One. 4.3 will finally put android on par with the Bluetooth Specifications of Apple and standardize the APIs for Low Power Devices.
I'm excited for this, hopefully an HTC One build will leak and this can happen..
This is freakin' Android 4.3, if it leaked, shouldn't the press already have that stupid article talking about how they were invited to a Google announcement?
Hmm...
Well, we know it's in the works at least. Soon..
The article I justcrewd said team venom had a running version of 4.3 for the HTC one. It said to head over to xda for instructions on how to flash the ROM to the phone. Maybe they meant for gem phones ?

Working ok so far from tab, wonder why not the phone, since it's not streaming from my phone I can't see how it would cause a reboot

Strike that, reboot shortly after last post, since Google music working fine, Netflix isn't on two different devices now, worked fine a few days back. Any one else having Netflix issues?

So my old galaxy nexus was overheating and about to catch on fire so Asurion sent me a brand new Moto X still packaged up for a free warranty swap... woo! Now I was was wondering, is this phone good enough to use stock? and will switching from stock to a custom rom in the future will that lose some of the moto functionality? Overall, decent phone? I mean it was a free upgrade from a GN so it can't be too bad eh?
Damn when did u request for a new one? I have a old Galaxy nexus sitting around I wonder if I could do this too

Also to add to ur question the stock experience on this phone is great. I was a huge flasher but now I'm liking how things are just keeping it stock.

I requested yesterday and got it today. The lady offered me this one right off the bat and said it was really good. She said she would of suggested the GS4 but her supervisor wouldn't let her only because I had already had a samsung and since it was overheating they didn't want to send the same manufacturer. Also the reason why I got a brand new phone instead of anything else.

Hi,
Good or not...:
The radio is great on the nexus 5...
The radio SUCKS!...
It's YOUR threads, plus this one...
It makes sense to put the antenna at the bottom. With all the talk of Brain Cancer caused by cellphones. When used as a phone, It puts the antenna the further away from your head. And if I remember my physics, radiation level drop fast with distance.
If you read the Safety Instruction with the phone It states that they have to conform to certain regulation about antenna power
Just tried it with my N5, and it does not happen for me.
