thanks for any help

Try Sony Update Service. Download from their website, install and try

i try it but even don't know phone when connect it in flashmode!

Start up Sony Update Service, select your phone and follow the stepps. At one point you'll see this pic:
Remove the backcover. If you look closely you'll see a tiny yellow button.. Use a pen or paperclip to push and hold it for a few second to turn it off (will take some time and patience because our phone has its own will xD and will boot up again) Plug in cable into phone and into pc and press volume down untill you see a green light. This indicates flashmode.
If it goes well the programm should start doing its download and flash work

the green light is showing but Sony Update Service don't start flashing & it remaining in your screenshot stat!

Got a picture for me?
On second thought:
You got flashtool installed? (and thus the drivers located in C:\Flashtool\drivers?)

picture is like post 4#
yes i install it & drivers

I mean of your phone? I mean if the phone is connected into flashmode it should work.. So I dont understand why it wont work...

@amir_n71, did you download a firmware to use with Flashtool?

yes i download

And tried ofcourse...
Prior issue now is we need to get the phone into working flashmode so that Flashtool or Sony Update Center can reflash the Firmware...

Just to be sure, did you:
a. Check if your battery had enough juice left for flashing and, if not, tried to recharge it,
b. Try to enter recovery by powering on the phone while holding Volume Down button (if you had a recovery previously installed),
c. Use a Windows computer,
d. Exit and kill any running ADB processes (Sony Update Service and PC Companion included) before trying to flash with Flasthool?
and then:
1. Power off the phone (using side power button OR by pressing the Off button under the battery cover),
2. Download latest Flashtool,
3. Install FT AND flashmode and fastboot drivers,
4. Download a suitable official firmware in a form of a .FTF file (full firmware, not just a kernel),
5. Copy that firmware to the "firmwares" folder in FT's install directory,
6. Start FT, click on a "lightning" icon, wait for the proram to finish its thing, select the firmware you downloaded, click on "Flash", connect the phone to a USB port while powered off and holding Volume Down button until FT started the flashing process?

Is that a xperia sp?

Just disconnect and reconnect. I got that a lot with my Xperia ray
Verstuurd vanaf mijn C5303 met Tapatalk

i tried but no answering!

ADB drivers: None
Fastboot Drivers: None
I suggest you reinstall Flashtool. It misses some drivers. (perhaps the cause?)
And also update Flashtool... See their thread and website

i installed latest version from flashtools website!

Now install fastboot and flashmode drivers that came with Flashtool. Open "drivers" folder, run that single EXE file, select fastboot and flashmode from the list and install them.
And be careful to run the correct version of Flashtool on your system! Run "flashtool64.exe" on a 64bit Windows, and "flashtool.exe" if you have a 32bit Windows OS.

[Q] Unlock bootloader on Xperia T!?

Hi,
So im trying to unlock the bootloader on the Xperia T, and I have checked if im allowed and it says YES, but when I try and connect the device in fastboot mode, I press volume up and then put cable in and then power the device on, the blue light stays on for 3 seconds or so and then the phone just boots up normally leaving the computer to say "Unknown Device". I have tried connecting using USB 2.0 and USB 3.0, while in USB 2.0 the device turns on with the blue led and stays there but fastboot does not bring up the device. Its like its not even connected!?
I am using Windows 8.1 and I have already disabled the driver signature!! I am also pretty sure I have installed the fastboot drivers correctly!
Do you think I should install a fresh copy of Windows 7 and try installing it using that?
Any Ideas!!
Thank You!! Reply ASAP!

Some xperia phone have problem staying on fastboot mode if haven't have driver install already on the computer, so to install fastboot driver is you pinpoint to the driver installation in device manager as soon as you plug in your usb, sure the phone will boot normally, but you don't close the driver installation first, you go to select driver manually and select your driver folder then click to it, but stop at the last stage where installation will begin, then shut off phone and plug in usb with volume up and immediately install the driver you select just now.if everything went well you should be able to install the driver...
In W8.1, microsoft change the usb policies, so there is no possible way to connect phone in fastboot mode using windows usb driver, thats normally refer to USB 2.0, but if your USB 3.0 are using chips from Intel, NEC, AMD,etc, and are running driver provided by vendor instead of microsoft then it is possible to run fastboot mode with USB 3.0 port.
hope that help
Thanks!

I think it is a hardware issue I tried to flash it on another pc and the same problem occurred
I have found the problem but I can't fix it
The problem is: my phone freezes when i enter flashmode. I have to make a hard reset to make it work again.

Next time, wait for flashtool to say you should connect your device on flashmode.
If you connect it before flashtool asks it, it will fail.
So choose the ftf to flash, wait for flashtool to ask you to connect your phone in flashmode, now connect your phone.

Rooted Xperia Sp / bootloader

Hello everyone,
I have rooted my Xperia SP as someone said in ur forum and all worked fine.
I had the version 4.1 and i wanted to install a Generic version 4.3 that i found in ur forum.
I used flashtool to flash it like it is said in this post " http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2658952 "
Actually when i was trying to install the 4.3 generic ftf it showed an error while it was fashing it.
Now the phone isnt powering on, i did something wrong i guess ... i even pressed the button that there is in the battery to hard reset the phone but it still isnt opening.I pressed the power button to open it, it showed me the sony logo and after that the phone was powered off again on its own.
So i got these questions :
1)How do i revert my phone to its original state?
2)If my phone is reverted to the 4.1 version, then howdo i install the 4.3 version? via flashtool or via pc companion?
2)Now that my phone is rooted then that means that the bootloader is unlocked too? I havent even tried to unlock it like it is said on a post.
When i connect my phone with USB and i open flashtool it shows me this message and my phone keeps having the green led-light on and this message keeps repeating again and again :

}
Thanks in advance and sry for the trouble i may have caused you.
I tried to repair my phone via PC Companion but it failed.
My phone keeps showing the sony logo and a green light will be on when i plug it with the USB to my PC.
I want someone to help me solve this problem, i have read some threads but i dont want to damage my phone further so i wont do a thing.
So pls i want someone experienced to help me solve it.
1)I have never tried to flash a custom ROM
2)The only thing that i did is that i rooted my phone ( and it was a success ) as it is said here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2440375
I want to believe that i will fix the Xperia SP with the help of some experienced members.
Thanks again
Hai thanman, good day.
1. You can revert back to the original state by flashing the ftf file again by using flashtool.
2. No. Bootloader unlocking and rooting are two different process.
Now, actually what error does it throws while flashing?
Hi and thank you for you responding to my request.
1)I plug my phone via USB to my PC.
2)Then i press the "thunder icon" -> "flash mode" -> and i choose the generic UK that i downloaded from xda.
3)Normally after that it has to show me to unplug my device and then turn off my phone then replug it by pressing the down volume button ... but that doesnt happen in my case ... it automatically starts flashing like that and after that i got an error
4)lol i cant upload the image cause im newbie in the forum lmao ... give me 2 mins to write the error message
Now. Open flashtool remove your phone from pc if it is connected. Press falsh button. Now select the tft file and wait for it to chace. Then it will ask you to connect your mobile. Now press the hard reset button at the back of the phone. It will restart your phone. At that moment, connect it ti usb cable by press volume down button. It should have to happen fast. If the phone starts to boot, then you cant go into falshmode.
How much battery left in your phone? Did your phone shows charging symbol if it connected to charger?
---------- Post added at 07:24 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:16 AM ----------
Press the save log button at the right corner of the tool and put it here.
My phone had 95% battery.
lol 5 mins ago that flashtool was running i had an error.I took picture of that error so that i can upload it to you but i have to make 10 post to upload more pictures. So after that i tried to run flashtool again so that i can Copy-Paste all that it was showing ... but instead of showing me an error i got it working fine and now the phone has opened .. lmao wtf happened? im totally confused.
But i want to know what the problem was so the error that was having was this "(A)"
(A) : ERROR- ERR_SEVERITY="MAJOR";ERR_CODE="0009";ERR_DYNAMIC="Block verification failed 0x30000510";
ERROR- Error Flashing. Aborted
1)Now my phone isnt rooted right?
2)Now i got this in the status bar, it shows me a blue bar that says : All ckeckpoints reached
3)I want to upgrade to the 4.3 .201 version and have my phone rooted so that i can delete some bloatware apps and see if the 4.3 is still buggy or not.But i want your advice about that.
First that error message is an random problem. According to what you said flashtool tried to flash without being connected in flashmode. That may be the reason for that error. Only connect the mobile to flashtool when it asks to do.
You can always upgrade using pc companion and update service.
Removing bloats will help with the lag.
Else you can run custom roms too.
---------- Post added at 07:56 AM ---------- Previous post was at 07:54 AM ----------
About that error message in status bar. It was caused by the app com.sonyericsson.startupflagservice.
It will been gone in some moments. Else freeze or delete /system/app/
StartupFlagV2.apk file.
I just open flashtool while my phone is connected with PC and i got this ( i havent run flashtool, i just opened it )

How can flashtool says " Root access allowed? i have flash a generic ftf .. how can my phone still be ruted ? :S
Try root checker basic app from playstore and confirm whether it is still rooted.

[Q] Problems with unlocking bootloader for Sony Xpera SP

I'm having problems unlocking the bootlaoder for my Sony Xpera SP.
The part I'm getting stuck at is where I'm supposed to connect my phone in fastboot mode to the PC.
I've tried installing a bunch of drivers everywhere, followed guides and stuff, but whatever I do, I can't get the phone in proper fastboot mode.
The flashtool says:
"Drivers need to be installed for connected device.
You can find them in the drivers folder of Flashtool."
First off, I can't even find the drivers for Sony Xperia SP, but there are tons for the S and P versions.
But when I try installing those drivers it still doesn't work.
I just want to install CM 11 on it, though I never thought it would be this much work.. I've been trying to fix this for over 5 hours already.
It would be really nice if anyone could help me through this.

You'll need to run the installer located within Flashtool install directory. It seems you are currently run Windows. Assuming you did not change the install path, you can find Flashtool in the root of your local hard disk. Navigate to C:\Flashtool\drivers and then execute the installer there in. Tick "Flashmode drivers" and "Fastboot drivers" cause obviously you'll require it. Scroll down a bit and tick "Common drivers for Viskan board". This will install proper flash drivers.

Afterwards for the exclusive driver for your SP (I am assuming you're on stock), Open PC Companion (install it if you don't have it) then connect your Xperia SP with your cable. This will install the drivers for your SP. If you have done this before, you actually already have the drivers installed.
Note that if above methods are well executed by you, you'll find out on the first connect, flashtool will detect the phone partially and somehow later it disconnects. Don't worry, somehow through this process your computer might be installing additional drivers. Retry to connect your Xperia SP.
Above all, do note that in order to unlock the bootloader, you'll need to connect your phone in flashmode. To do so, when prompted, while the phone in its powered down state, hold the volume down button then connect the cable to your phone.
Thanks a lot!
I'm not sure what the problem was, but over the night + installing PC Companion fixed it. Finally CM 11 is mine

The easiest way to restore your phone is repairing it using Sony pc companion.. Here you are a step by step guide to do that:
1- Go to Xperia SP page on Sony mobile website and download PC Companion then install it on your PC.
2- Turn off your phone by pressing the small yellow button on the back untill it vibrats 3 times.
3- Open PC Companion on your PC.
4- Start "Support zone" and wait untill download finish.
5- Next, choose "Phone Software Updates".
6- You will see a message asking you to connect your handset while powered on, just ignore these connection instructions. And press the blue link which states "Repair Phone/tablet.”
7- Follow the on screen steps appear next.
8- When you asked to connect your phone (still powered off), make sure that you press and hold the key stated on screen before connecting the phone and keep it held down as you connect.
9- The repair process should now begin.
Note: this process will remove any data stored on your phone's internal storage.

You're getting this error because your phone bootloader is unlocked, so you need to relock it again to use pcc.
Or you can use Emma by Sony for unlocked boot loader phones, download it from this link:

try flastool
try flashtool to only flash kernel (with recovery like tangerine etc, only elf extension file)& after that flash any custom rom from recovery.
or you could use flashtool to flash stock image from pc.
