Hi,
I have S4 Active, no mods, no root, only auto updates (phone make 3 updates just after turn on).
So after week of use I had a camera connection problem in Camera Awesome.
I reboot in to recovery: first problem every time I got error message,
I try to whipe cache: impossible, I've got second error message and autoreboot.
Any ideas how to manage problem?
Best!

I am not sure what's happening to my phone. I have the Google Nexus One. I'm running the CyanogenMod7.2.0 RC0, before i was running the CyanogenMod7.1.0 and before that Miuiandroid.
It was working perfectly and until a couple of days ago the camera and flash light stop working No matter what ROM i install it doesn't fix the issue.
1. When i select the Camera i am getting this error "Sorry! Activity Camera (in application Camera) is not responding."
2. When i select the Torch/Flash light it says its on but "No light".
3. With CyanogenMod the screen goes blank after a phone call :/.
I try so many different things and nothing seems to work. I wipe
Also when i flash Miuiandroid my phone keeps rebooting so i have to flash the CyanogenMod7, either way nothing fixed the problems.
Any ideas what could have cause these issues?
I got this error message saying the camera is busy, I tried restarting device, clearing cache in recovery, etc but it still says the same, no application can access the camera or the flash/led.
A quick search shows that it is a known problem without really a 100% fix as it may be HW related?
I'm on stock MM, unrooted, any ideas?
If its a hw error maybe a hard reset (disconnect battery) is needed? My camera worked again after doing the normal reset.

Hello All,
This is the second time this is happening to me since the latest update, I do not know what is triggering it but the screen goes black and the "System UI has stopped" keeps popping up and even if i close it nothing happens. I cannot access anything in the phone not even reboot menu I have to force restart it everytime. Laste time i ended up formatting the phone which worked but I lost all my data. Please suggest what to do.
edit - I have also booted it in safe mode and the same error pops up.
EDIT - SOLVED - This page helped a lot (https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyS8/comments/737y3j/helpfix_substratum_system_ui_has_stopped_issue/) The bixby method or the samsung find my phone method works.
Same here
Damn it, what samsung it doing!!!!!!!!
A couple days ago I opened a hotspot on my phone (running Android 13) and a few minutes later it suddenly restarted into a bootloop that lasted around 15 minutes, finally resulting in a screen saying "Can't load Android system" and "Data may be corrupt". I searched online for the error and seemed to see that flashing an official OTA image from Google would solve the problem without wiping my data (I have a lot of important data on my phone, so I can't just factory reset).
Everything seemed to go fine at first but at the end the installation failed with the errors Error applying update: 5 (ErrorCode::kPostinstallRunnerError) and Error: recovery: Error in /sideload/package.zip (status 1). Now my phone is saying it may fail to boot if I reboot it again? I don't want to mess anything up but I feel I might have already, as I'm really not familiar with this sort of stuff.
Any help would be greatly appreciated, as I'm currently lacking a phone
