I'll look into it. Support for TWRP will probably come after the rom is made stable. It is low on the list of things to do. The app ROM Installer by JRummy Apps Inc. is a great tool for installing CWR and TWRP if you need it. I used CWR Touch v6.0.4.7 .
OK, I flashed it and the google set up was giving me issues so I skipped it. Everything seems good so far. I was going to test gestures but I don't know how to activate the panel for them. Help would be appreciated.

The way to enable the gesture panel is to pull up from the bottom but I haven't gotten it to work. Maybe the change of dpi casued this.
It's not bad. The only issues i've run into are the startup close, gesture panel not showing up and GPS. One more thing is that there is still allot of Chinese still left in the Rom.

I did get the gesture panel to work. Swipe up from right above the home key. It took me a while to get the hang of it. Does GPS not work at all for you? I agree. There is a lot of Chinese. The next release I'll take some of it out. Also I think that keeping the original dpi will help solve the tricky gesture panel.

This is a port of Meizu M9 for the HTC Droid Incredible.
This is very much a work in progress and should not be your primary ROM. This was not easy to port since it's a non-HTC device but I got a decent amount of functionality working in just a few short hours.
What works:
- It boots
- Hardware buttons and lights
- 3G
- Network Location
- Orientation
- Other unimportant things
What doesn't work (or work properly):
- Launcher isn't scaled properly (I am pretty sure I know how to fix this, I'd rather fix other things first)
- Phone FC's (it will dial and connect the call but the FC prevents the keypad from showing up)
- WiFi
- Bluetooth
- Camera
- GPS
- Probably more
Anyway, here it is for your testing pleasure:

Yea. I'm going to try to get everything working. Until the M9 is rooted we wont have a proper system dump so I wont have to release a new rom every week like with miui. Their system updates are encrypted.
I also just realized the keyboard doesn't work. Ill fix it tomorrow. You can either install a new keyboard with adb or wait for a new build.
Sorry about that. So much wasn't working that it slipped through in my attempt to share my progress.

Not too sure. I got to this point in about 3 hours while doing some other stuff. The Evo guys are also working on porting this so info sharing will help this along. I've already shared with them how to get 3G working and phone in the same state as the Inc. Now we just have to work on the FC issues which as far as I can tell is all hardware related. If we can fix Bluetooth I am 99% confident the phone will just start working.
Pretty damn sexy. Excellent!
The keyboard issue has been fixed and I reuploaded it. Same link.
I flashed this rom but I got a black screen is it because they're is no bootup screen and that I should just wait a while til it loads?

I flashed it... Had issues setting up the google acct. Had to reboot and I skipped the acct setup. Then it magically worked. most things work except the things listed. The music app doesn't detect my music, don't know if that is universal though.

i get the crash from this exact sequence: load up an individual thread, leave the app for a bit, or pull down the status bar to do some other task, when you return, then press back, force close. its done this for a few months now, always.
other than that itst great and no issues.
also everyone remember to use the black theme! enormous battery saver, i LOVE forum browsing with the app cause it uses like only 110mA power draw. try the browser, its like 550mA.

Yeah, black theme works and looks great on the Nexus S.
Also, make sure you install from the market not titanium back up. Titanium is a GREAT app but after too many reinstalls of any app, the apps tends to bug out.

Thank you! Found the app settings, and changed it. And found the Google black, it's bgoog.com. There are a couple of others that offer a Google black search page, but this is the one I was looking for.
Wasn't able to find the Cyanogen browser, I am guessing this is a rooted feature? I am not rooted, and I am still learning about all this. Anyway, thx again!

Well I altered the battery driver for instant readings over the sense resistor, and wrote an app with graphing at 2 second sample rate.
Your best bet would be to use the current widget, but you will only get 1 minute intervals. You'd have to edit driver and compile your own kernel.
I've started looking at the nexus s driver, maybe we can get the same thing going and update the app to support it. Depends if its really worth it for people I guess.
Edit: duh I forgot to say your options stock is just use OS monitor and view the dmesg log, filter for "batt", and you'll at least get rough readings.
using the hardware search button to search forum FC, re-install doesn't solve the issue... any idea? i'm using CM7 RC1
Search (via hard-button) is 100% crash for me.

So I was looking around and discovered this bad boy http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2419287 only problem is that it uses notification bar for the float if your using the modified halo))) apk. I just started messing around with this but I took someones advice with the sao launcher and it works perfectly. Going to try it with bubble launcher and see how it goes.
Edit: bubble launcher is pretty cool. I'd recommend it and if u really enjoy it I recommend donating. Bubble launcher resembles the halo apk from paranoid to an extent but slightly different.
Edit2: just tried floating notification and its just like halo after setting it up right. Only downfall is its a 30 day trial so after awhile you have to buy which I do recommend if you want the stock halo look.

If you don't mind, could you outline your installation process to get this to work?
Here was how I got it to work.
1. Install Floating Notifications and enable it in the Accesibility menu.
2. Select the box labeled "Launch Apps in Halo Mode"
3. Go to the app notifications menu and check which ones you want it to notify you for. HINT: if you want a real halo experience the rightmost icon in the app list will make the icon stay floating.
4. This is a personal preference: Go to Customize in Floating Notifications and select "Dock after a few seconds of inactivity" and then at the bottom set "Amount of the icon hidden when docked:" to 55%. If it is more than 55% then you will have trouble clicking the stack.
5. REBOOT PHONE.
Now for the Xposed part.
1. Install Xposed Framework
2. REBOOT PHONE.
3. Go into Xposed Installer and go to "Downloads" and select XHaloFloatingWindow, and then install it.
4. REBOOT PHONE.
5. Go into Xposed Installer and go into "Modules" and check the box "XHaloFloatingWindow".
6. For safe measure REBOOT PHONE. And then you're done
Lemme know if y'all need any help!
Also on the reboots it hung on the splash for a while.
Oh yeah not responsible if your device catches fire.

Been getting random reboots during music playback. Happens with PowerAmp, N7Player, and Pandora (all that I've tested). No set time interval - I've had it reset multiple times in 10 minutes as well as run perfectly for 30-40 minutes. This was also an issue with the last ROM I used (Validus13), though that one reset outside of playback as well. Slimkat only seems to reset during playback. Anyone else had/found a solution to this issue?

Hello !
Here is a little app to change the background color of your Gear. Just use the color picker and the slider to find the color you want.
Scroll a bit down and press "Set color". And it's done.
No need to be root or custom rom for the basic task : changing the color.
It seems that the app doesn't work with MK6

Version 1.06 BETA
Direct link : Removed
If you want this beta version, contact me. Reseting your Gear will cause some wreck as it seems to modifiy the rights on some folders.
You must remove or rename /vendor/overlay/framework/framework-res.apk before doing anything.
Activate the Wallpaper Service on stock ROM.
Root is needed.
What is does :
Change the chmod on/data/resource-cache/* to resolve an Android bug
Push a custom framework-res.apk in /vendor/overlay/framework/
Reboot the Gear
Nothing apart the chmod on the resource-cache is modified. You can use your favorite wallpaper manager to set the wallpaper. ICS Gallery works fine.

Thanks !
No problem. It seems to be stable and working, so yes.
Apparently it crashes with MK7 ROM. I'll investigate it.
Ok, a small modification.
I've added a clock to push the color picker a bit down. It seems that the top of the screen isn't really a good place for a mobile or clickable element.
Amazing work. waiting for such an app for a longtime. Is it a possiblity of for you to add an option in future to use personal background jpg or png as a background
that will be out of this world. Thanks a lot for this app
Best Regards
Great app! This is what i'm looking for a long time. Thanks

I'll look at it but I think that it's not possible, Samsung is only using colors. My goal is to keep the app functionnal on stock ROM, if possible without root.
If you really want an image as a background, you can install Nova Launcher.
But I'll look at it. If a wallpaper is selected, it appears behind the task manager. The UI seems to have 2 layers. So the main problem is how to set a transparent color, which isn't a color.
EDIT : according to Google, transparent has a code...
http://developer.android.com/reference/android/graphics/Color.html#TRANSPARENT
Which is a good news. I'll give it a try this evening and let you know.
Managing a wallpaper will be tricky as the Wallpaper service isn't started.
I can't find how starting it via the shell. So this is the main point to test if it's possible.
I download it and instill but force closes after setting the color and doesn't go to watch

You need to enable it in framework-res.apk, Please do include a transparent option tho for the users of my rom if you dont mind.

There's a problem whith this ROM.
I'm waiting some feedback from another user, but if you know how to use logcat, it's fine for me.
