I recently rooted with RootMyMoto and have noticed that I have no sound when I receive a text message. I only rooted and kept stock ROM. I had notification sounds off and turned them back on to see if that was the issue and it did not change. Not sure if I'm missing a setting somewhere or if it's an issue with this particular phone.

I figured it out. I have a task manager installed that was causing issues.

I have unchecked the Wi-Fi network notification and notify me in the advanced menu, but I continue to receive the annoying notifications. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on how to make it go away for good?

Me too. Annoying as f*^k! Can't help with a fix but here's to hoping a dev here can.
What's strange is that one of my co-workers has the same phone with the same software version isn't experiencing the issue. At least not that he has noticed.

I am on stock unrooted.

Same issue, annoying, but I got used to it.
I have gotten used to it as well and actually don't mind it at all now. It's like a reminder that I forgot to toggle my wifi to off when I left the house.

Hi
Could anyone help me receive messages on my gear from my note 3?
I did all settings in gear manager on note 3. I could receive all ( calls, emails etc) but no messages.
Is there any other setting I must do before?
Thx a lot

Sometimes not that easy. I've had messages checked under notifications in settings. And I haven't received 1 SMS notification since day one. I only use stock SMS app.
Kinda. Annoying
And kinda gave up awhile ago. Just like my svoice won't work. Tried everything. Can't find others with issue.

if your screen is on, the sms won't go to the watch. You need to either check if there are wakelocks or install modded message apk (search in this forum) that doesn't turn screen on when you receive a message
After running the debloat script when ever i place or receive a phone call after I or the caller end the call. The call hangs in the status bar until I go in and force close my phone. Apk. Any ideas on what's causing this and how to fix it?

I updated to the first ota of kitkat when it went live and really didn't like it, so I downgraded to the first firmware, then accepted ota til I was back to 3.05.651.6, and now my Wi-Fi won't stay turned off no matter what settings I have chosen, and it won't respond to BatteryGuru like it used to before the whole mess.
Anyone have any ideas as to what may be causing it or how to fix it?

Any ideas at all? It's the only thing messing with me now. Everything else seems good at the moment.
