Hi everyone,i have some problem with root on the crhomecast .
i read that chromecast with serial N over 40 can't work the root,my serial number is:4220101!
My question is , how get the root on the my chromecast????

Hello i remember reading a post about this but cannot find it now. Is there a way to get rid of the 1 on my title bar? Also the activesync icon remains even after i disconnect from my PC? Any thoughts? See pic for explanation :

So I've tried to get my CSC, because It's needed for flashing an older version of WP.
I've been told you can check it with entering one of the following codes in the diagnostics menu:
