Sounds like exactly what I did a while ago. Installing the ARHD build most likely hosed your partition table. Head over to this thread:
Sprint HTC One users that flash GSM roms on their CDMA devices
and follow the directions to the letter. Had me up and running within an hour.

Hi Guys,
First of all I want to thank all people doing a great work, be it ROM development, testing or answering queries. I love to read a lot and I had leared many things from here.
I searched a lot on this great forum but could not find specific answer for my question. My level of expertise in mobile technology can be labelled as above average.
My query, Currently I have CDMA rooted phone running on DamageControl 2.05, Radio version : 2.42.00.03.10, Hboot : 1.41.0000.
I want to downgrade to stock ROM (1.29.651.1) and stock Radio(version I dont know). So,
1. is it safe to run the RUU(1.29.651.1.) with current Hboot?
2.If not, what should be the Hboot version and how to downgrade to that specific version.
3. I know its not possible, but can a Nandroid backup be used in case something goes wrong?
Thanks for all for your valuable time and really appreciate if someone could help me out.
Depending on what OS version was on your phone before you rooted will determine if you can RUU back. You can only RUU back to the version that was on there when you rooted. So if you had 1.29 and rooted then you can run the 1.29 RUU, otherwise you will need to run either 1.56 or 2.27. I know that with the 1.56 RUU it is hit and miss on having problems. If you do you get an error and freeze your phone from loading Android.
Here is the 1.29 RUU > Sprint 1.29 RUU
Here is the 1.56 RUU > Sprint RUU 1.56
And here is the thread for the 110 error that has happened when running the 1.56 RUU > 110 Error fix
I do not accept responsibility for bricking your phone. Proceed at your own risk.

Thanks a lot !!
The phone came with 1.56 version. Can you tell me if I use RUU, my radio image also goes back to stock one? ( I had never used RUU before, usually I updated to various ROM's with recovery).
Sorry for all the questions but I want to do think before doing rather than doing and repenting.

Thanks in advance for any help... I've searched and come up empty in terms of up-to-date stuff. I'm super-cid, unlocked bootloader, s-off (phone came that way off a private sale) with a RUU conversion to GPE. I want to take advantage of the sense 6 update especially the new battery saving mode. Really wondering weather:
1- downgrading firmware is still a thing coming from GPE and going to the latest Sense 6 roms
2- Weather I should use an RUU or try flashing a custom recovery and a wrong
3- Weather there's any other watch-outs I should know
Change your CID/MID accordingly for Dev edition and run the http://www.androidruu.com/getdownlo...3_SENSE50_MR_BrightstarUS_WWE_3.22.1540.1.exe
This will get you going all the way to Sense 6 with a few updates. Do not LOCK boot loader or turn S-ON
Thanks! I tried this and got an ruu fail. My phone was left in a weird version of the recovery/fastboot screen that said ruu but I rebooted and it was fine. Just not sure if I should try again.

Based on the google searches I've done, this is normal. The HTC RUU installation never actually finishes. You just need to wait until the progress bar stops moving, make a coffee, then reboot and hope you haven't just bricked the phone.

See above--what happened to him is normal.
Just to clarify it rebooted back into the previous (gpe) system. Flashing the ruu failed with a message about getting the correct one for my phone, which is odd because I am supercid and s-off.

Error [155] unknown error
"ERROR [155] UNKNOWN ERROR using HTC Android Phone ROM Update Utility 2.0.4.2013. The ROM Update Utility cannot update yur Android phone. Please get the correct ROM Update Utility and try again. "
This is the second attempt with different RUUs. Phone is locked, "bootloader USB". Run as admin. The utility starts out right, reboots the phone and the silver HTC are on the screen, runs about ten minutes and gives this error.
The only difference there is here is that there is NO previous "image". I was flashing a ROM, s-on, unlocked and it seems to have wiped out the firmware. I can get LS installed and when I look at the imei and phone number in "about" they are "unknown". If I do a "fastboot get var all" the MEID shows up fine. Something is missing in the phone, I think the firmware bridging the radio info to the OS.
Anyway, is there a way to force the RUU to work? Or a different RUU? This last attempt was from "Sprint_HTC_One_m7wls_1.29.651.10_RUU.zip"
Most "unlocked/rooted" roms just go into a boot loop. The only one I have found that worked was Liquid Smooth but it shows no radio info, signal, phone number, etc. Even when the phone worked LS didn't work with any ## codes. It did show signal etc.
What is your bootloader version?
This RUU is pretty old you may need a newer RUU
Hi after flashing with this ROM my touchscreen is not working . my phone is s-on . Please help I want to make it work until Christmas cuz it is for present

HTC one m7 sprint
HI I am having issues with rebooting stock rom to my htc 1 m7 with sprint. the current image on the phone is 1.29.651.7 which i downloaded the ruu file for and ran only to rec error 155 from the rom update utility. i have relocked the bootloader and also i have attempted to flash other sprint ruu's . any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
A few questions about this RUU.
Hello. I have some questions.
1. Do you use this method, you do not need to have s-off?
2. Do you use this method, you do not need to have an unlocked bootloader?
3. If I have a flashed CM11 and unlocked bootloader normal way (s-on) , can I do this RUU?
4. I can do whatever the firmware, cid, mid, hboot version?
I want to do, because I have stock 4.1.2 ROM to unlock GSM.
Sorry for my English... and sorry for my stupid questions, but I'm new and do not really know at this.
thanks for your help.

Firewater is discontinued and will not work, rumrunner isn't for hboot1.57.
Sunshine is the only method available for 1.57
Hello, i have the Problem and Smilex posted for me.
The thing is, that sunshine makes some checks wether it is possible or not.
But alll sense-roms are crashing after teo minutes. So i cant usw sunshine. Only if i flash cm it doesnt crash. But i think it crashes because of the unknown imei und baseband.
So i ask wether anybody know a rom which is not as near to sense as Android HD Revolution and the others but use a kernel which is sunshine possible and dont let my phone reboot each two minutes...
ok, nobody can help me. bye htc one.

If youre trying to s-off with sunshine, you need a completely stock rom.i had a near stock rom & because the ramdisk was debuggable in boot.img, sunshine failed.i went back to 4.3 stock that i had a nandroid backup for.i would suggest using an RUU to get back to stock,if youre s on it shouldnt matter and i can confirm that the hboot for 4.3(1.57.xxxx) is compatabile with sunshine, because thats the hboot i had.
EDIT:my bad,i just found out you cannot use an RUU with an s-on device.im gunna see if i can find a zip without needing the use of an RUU.
Edit2: heres a link to an htc guru stock package for the m7.
You can flash this through fastboot,NOT recovery.
If you need commands or are unsure what to do,post back

Wow talk about mis information this is totally Wrong. A guru reset is always flashed with TWRP (2.6.3.3 Preferred)
And it's not really what he needs anyway it's too old
If your software is indeed x.xx.401 try this one >> https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=23501681358543706
