Incoming call issue ,phone ON ,everything looks good , i was read on some forums today that the problem is with LTE on my S3 , my question is kitkat will fix that or to sell my phone ?

made a lot of search but could not find a solution
my friend has a note 1 and he cannot hear incoming call nor the other person can hear what he says
phone rooted tried almost many roms and now shifted completely to stock
still the problem persist
all the other speaker are working, can hear sound on skype and viber
head phone dosent work too but listing songs from head phones goes well
his stock rom is this ICS DXLP9 LBLP6
its for Vietnam tried the radio modem everything cant figure what he has done wrong
i have htc sensation and iam pretty good with htc phones but samsung thing is not going into my head
any help will be appreciated

Hi, i flashed from Hong Kong stock rom to other custom rom a few weeks
Everything seems great, signal or radio is ok
But while calling to others, the sound is too small.
Unless i turn to the largest volume....
And while someone calling, i answered, the dialer seems hearing me is delay 1-2 second at the first sentences.
Is there any kernal to produce these problems?

Got such a problem that is pretty the same but no sound at all, even less... on cyanogenmod 10.1
Hello everybody. I just got a Samsung S4 Active phone. I have a big problem with it... When i call somebody i can not hear even the beeps and even the voices.. I need to recall somebody 3-4 time. Then i can talk . And when somebody calls me, we can't hear anything. I tried soft,hard, every resets. I even upgraded from 4.2.2 to 4.4.2 but nothing. The mic is working, i can record everything. The speaker up on the phone is working tooo. Call barring is off,forwarding is off, network mode is gsm only(not works even on the other settings..) i don't think that is a hardware problem.. any helps or everything is welcome.. you can even email me([email protected]) . PLEEEASE HEELP!!
Hello . I am long time follower of your forums but now i decide to make an account cause I got some troubles with my Note 5 .
I have a Note 5 model n920-c (Arab Emirates) but I live in Romania .My problem is that from time to time when I make or receive a call, the in-call sound from my ear-speaker is high-pitched almost screetching(but still manageable and understandable) ....
If I put the call on speaker the sound is normal...
This is happening to me only 2-3 times a day and it seems to happen only with calls made in my network(ORANGE RO)...In every other calls(whatsapp , facebook , skype) the ear-speaker sound levels are just normal...
Just to mention I also fave HD voice active for my network calls...
Its is a network provider issues ?Is it a hardware issues?Did some of you experienced such thing on your unit?

Same problem here. Also n920c and also on orange ro. Problem apear when i call on orange and vodafone. And another problem today: while on lte i have full signal, i can call without problems but when someone tries to call me enter the voicemail. Switching to 3g solves the problem. Switching back to lte the problem reapears. Some ideas anyone? Thanks
Hi all...Can someone confirm me ... when I make a call I do not hear a tone. It's very unpleasant because we do not know when the contact will pick up .. It's just the fault of Nokia or we can change that .. I see nothing in the application settings .. Thank you for your help.
I have the same problem here but it depends who I'm calling. I think it's more an "upgrade" on phone communication with Volte or other technology

Hello,
same problem here on Bouygues : I got my phone a few weeks ago and I was wondering why I did not get any ringing tone when calling (but it rings with some contacts).
I hope they'll fix this because it's quite annoying.

Edit : seems to be fixed with november update : called 3 contacts and now it's working.
