For me it's being able to change the font style. I have also installed more fonts from the playstore, and some of the fonts look pretty cool.

I think everyone can agree that the font, or rather font size in the new Manila (from Topaz and Rodhium) is ugly. HTC made the font size too big. Going back to the size in the original stock blackstone manila would be preferable.
Anyone know how the font size can be adjusted? Im not talking system fonts, im talking fonts in the email preview new touch flow sms , you tube etc
I don't know what ugly fonts you're talking about.
I'm on Rodhium and the fonts are just the same like on my original ROM.
definitely not big... see images.
EDIT: Just noticed you didn't talk about the system fonts.
Anyway, the font in the email preview is big, but in the new sms is just fine (maybe because i mostly send/receive text in hebrew, which i have
custom fonts for that.
im talking font in email and sms preview, font in you tube app and especially font in internet tab favourites list. its the manila font and not system fonts. fonts in list of appointments under the giant clock are also big.
Any way we can change it?
well? can this be fixed or not?
So, I have tried the font cabs, but removing them turns into a major hassle. I have 'change font.exe', but it only works to return font to normal, it wont let me change fonts to anything new.
So my current process is install cab, after awhile to see if I like it or not, I then remove the cab, but that doesn't always work. thats where 'change fonts.exe.' comes in, it returns fonts to normal.
I wonder if there is a font changer that will change fonts using TTF that changes the fonts for Sense 2.5? One that will work for me, I am running an Imagio with NRGZ custom ROM running 2.5.2012 Manilla with 5.2.23548 OS and WM6.5. I also have Cookies 1.7.1 home tab installed.
you can use CraZyLiLbOy's methods found here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=450335.
basically, it makes a fake font for your PPC system.
the font creator is no longer free though, so you can't save your newly created font.
you can use my fake droidsans font (like in those android devices).
If you only want to change sense fonts, just copy Helvetica LT 35 Thin.tff and Helvetica LT 55 Roman.tff
Xue, what your telling me then is that there is no program out there that will change the font for Sense 2.5? I have to manually change them? If that is the case, where do I copy the fonts I want to use to?
I downloaded font changer from the market but I don't have any fonts on my phone. I can go into the the advanced section to switch specific fonts, but I would like to just change my general overal font. Where can I find these fonts and where do I put them on my phone?
I just noticed there a bunch of fonts in system/fonts, how do I switch between these fonts?
I download the fonts I like as .ttf files from websites like dafont.com or from the fonts folder on my pc. I put them in a folder on my SD card and then use font Changer to apply the font to my phone. Dont reboot from the app, reboot using the power button.
After reboot, you system font will be changed. Be sure to choose a readable font like sans as it will affect everything on your phone like the keyboard, websites, apps, etc. If you want fancy fonts for certain widgets, apply them using that app if the app allows for custom fonts.

You can also just pull them from the font folder I'm your computer. That's where i got mine.

I screwed up and installed one of those cartoony fonts and it replaced the default font. So even if I pick a new font, this goofy one is still used in many instances. Halp!
Edit: installed jrummy fonts and fixed it
With Android 12 making use of Variable fonts for the UI, especially for things like the Lock Screen clock. Has anyone looked into the font files themselves, and how it may affect future font replacements in custom ROMs.
I am assuming Roboto is using Roboto Flex, but the GoogleSans font currently exists in Standard, Display, and Text variations, but now these should all be combined into a single TTF file.
Has anyone accessed the font files from the System?
