I was wondering if anyone else is having this issue? On my note 1 I use to get birthday notifications on my stock weather widget. On the note 3 I have never received birthday notifications on my weather widget. Is this an issue my phone is having or is this normal?

I never seen this on my stock weather app. Maybe they remove this feature.

Comes as default as phone, message, browser and camera, i put Go to SMS in the messages drawer but how do I take out the stock messaging app, i cant seem to figure it out?

I have weather widget from note 2 but when i put in note 3 it is showing it is 6x3...anyway to shrink this or anyone know why this is happening...normally i thought it was 1x3 but for some reason its bigger...thanks for anyones help....

using nova launcher now and installed through ROM Toolbox Pro....copy samsungweatherwidgetclock.apk and accuweatherdamonservice.apk to system then app with root browser...set permission RW-R-R...thats it
Mind sharing those apks? I don't own a note 2 and I hate the new Samsung weather widgets.

Could anyone help me receive messages on my gear from my note 3?
I did all settings in gear manager on note 3. I could receive all ( calls, emails etc) but no messages.
Is there any other setting I must do before?

Open gear manager on phone, go to settings then notifications, now add a check mark on messages....voilà

Sometimes not that easy. I've had messages checked under notifications in settings. And I haven't received 1 SMS notification since day one. I only use stock SMS app.
Kinda. Annoying
And kinda gave up awhile ago. Just like my svoice won't work. Tried everything. Can't find others with issue.

if your screen is on, the sms won't go to the watch. You need to either check if there are wakelocks or install modded message apk (search in this forum) that doesn't turn screen on when you receive a message
Does anyone know if it's possible to get the yahoo news lock screen widget on the note 3 like the s3 and note 2 had?

Hi there,
I have a problem with Weather synchronization on my Gear 2 Neo.
Every time I tap to check weather on my Neo, it keeps saying that "Turn on Use current location on mobile device" even though I already checked this on in my Galaxy Note 3.
Does anyone have any issue like this and thank you for your sharing.

Yeah, I'm having a weird thing where it's two days behind. On the 18th, I was showing off my watch to my grandparents. My Grandmother opened the weather app and noticed the date was wrong (said it was the 16th). Just now I checked again (having been reminded), and it's still two days off...
You have to have the stock weather widget on a home screen on your phone for the weather to sync to the watch properly. I had the same problem and putting that widget on a screen fixed it.
