Mine yeaa
I'm sorry for bumping this thread, but I'm curious if there is a way to record videos in 60fps.
I tried using a 3rd party app (Open Camera), tried editing media_profiles.xml, so far nothing has worked.
I noticed when I'm tapping on the picture in Open Camera to focus, the picture is very smooth (60fps?) for a second until it finishes focusing, so it seems like the hardware is capable of recording in 60 fps.
If anyone knows if it's possible please reply

X8's camera has a very weak sensor & you can't get more than that... u can record your videos with a digital camera or a handycam

Hi my friends, I'll be thankful if u can help to find a such app.
I'm interested in filming slow motion videos, so I wonder if their an app helps me to film 100fps even if the resolution is rubbish , I guess there was a Lg phone can shot 120fps in low resolution and it was named LG Renoir, thx.

Hi is there any Video recording APPS to reccommend?
Im using AKOP JB video recording is not that good quality..
Hope someone can give me some tips....

Nothing will make a difference. But if you are talking about phone screen recording, then Screencast should do the job.

You can try Motiongraph for Xperia by Sony.
It stitches photos to make GIFs, not videos. And aspect ratio is 1:1.
Can't help for videos sadly.

Click to collapse
i mean to stitch frame by frame action shots together that were captured in burst mode to form a fast moving vid.

Hi all.
I have been trying to enable 1080p recording on our s3 mini and would like some help. I downloaded cm11 from the xperia P (same cpu, records 1080p, different camera) and changed our build.prop and media_profiles.xml to try enable it. Now in the stock camera and other camera apps I get the option to record 1080p but its always gives me an error. But when I change from 720 to 1080 in the camera app I can cleary see a change in the field of view, i.e, it gets wider.
Someone on here said a while back that the hardware is capable of it but it just needs to be enabled. Has anyone any experience is anything like this? I have seen it been done before on the Moto Atrix 4g and Galaxy Nexus.
I thought the camera wasn't capable of recording in 1080p.
