Saving a Google business search as a contract - Sprint HTC One (M7)

Not sure if it was part of the Apple Vs Google law suit a couple years ago or not but, I used to be able to save a search as a contract. Is that still possible.
Ex: You Google: "Sushi place down the street." Name number and address comes up. In the past I could long press it or something and it gave me the option to save as contact.

I personally signed up for the Infone offer, because ou get a free $10 amazon card, and you dont have to cancel because as long as you dont use their service more then 5 times, they wont bill you. Many others go for the Free AOL for 50 days, or the Netscape. Those, you just sign up for, then wait 2 weeks, then cancel. There are many other offers such as the columbia DVD or BMG Music. After you sign up, all you have to do is get 5 other friends to sign up as well (really easy)

anyone?
Just do it with a mail account you will dump, since this is a collection service for spammers.
Also keep track of everything closely and keep lots of records. These guys have generated a lot of fraud complaints because they try to back out of actually sending out anything.

Paypal SUCKS

Ok guys so I sold a few things at the end of last week, was able to take payments fine. Yesterday I tried to transfer the cash to my checking account and it went fine. So I wake up this morning and am on my way to get to the post office to ship everything off and I decide just to check paypal for some reason. Amazingly I see that paypal has reversed my withdraw and permanently suspended my acount. So after 3 calls I was able to get everyone's money back to them.
What I want to know is what is the best way to accept payment NOT paypal? Both Amazon payments and google checkout say that the first payment can take between 2 weeks and 60 days. And I don't want to wait that long obviously so what are the other options?
That really sucks. Did they give you a reason for locking the account?

It may be from a lot of activity on your account. They locked my account once and I called and they said in the last 3 days I had did over $1,000 transfers and that was fishy/questionable....so they just lifted the hold and I have been good ever since than.
Do you have a personal account on paypal or a business account. I think that makes somewhat of a difference.
Also I think a lot of people have been successful with bank transfers.

just get started on your first amazon payments transaction. after that it'll be quicker.
Even if you find a better way, in a month or 2 you'll at least have a backup option.
Paypal and ebay are starting to piss me off too. Thinking about quitting ebay altogether.
I have a pp business acct (not sure how, but i do) and haven't had an issue like this.

It was definitely over $1000 but they gave me no option to explain anything they said my account activity was suspicious and therefor closed my account.
And about bank transfers, might as well be Western Union. Who on here is really going to do that?

Ya I quit PayPal so that means I automatically quit eBay since they only allow PayPal.

I figured it was.... that happened to me about 2 months ago but I just logged in and they had a hold on my funds so I called and spoke to a supervisor and he said it was suspicious activity and I said I had money coming from reimbursements blah blah blah and they lifted it and said make sure u have a note when u do such transactions.
Bank transactions are sorta like Western union. I only seen one transaction done with that. The closest Western union to me is a hr away.

I'm surprised they didn't give you a call. I too had done over $1000 in transactions in a matter of days. A representative called me to see what was up and I explained to them what was going on. Didn't suspend my account.

You can use Square to take payments but then the buyer has to give you his credit card number
I would call and get the account back. That will pretty much cut you short here as well. Unless they do COD

Check our Serve, Its by American Express. It can do all the good things PayPal can, but the best part about it, NO FEES! And they have android, ISO, and blackberry apps.
Just go to serve.com and check it out.
Ha. I agree with the title of this thread so much.
After 2 deals on here with only $200 dollars involved, they randomly canceled me. Forever. Permanently. For no reason.
They're a joke, but I'm glad to see a few alternatives in this thread.

I myself always made my payments trough bank transfer. But never outside the country.
Anyone with thoughts on this method? About security and what not.. ?
i wonder how long before they lock me up again lol. the reason they hold our money is because they make money off of the interest the longer its held. a legal scam. im surprised the feds havent looked into paypal yet.
PayPal is holding $800 of my money right now.. told me it will be 180 days till they send me a check.. NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE PAYPAL..

Account Exposure?

I Don't know how but, yesterday my google account got hijacked. I have no idea how, I never share my account details to anyone. The hijacker bought several items and in the end leaving me in debt with exactly 278 dollars. I have no idea how my account got exposed. And my password is all numbers and it follows a certain pattern that only I know.
(Used to be, I changed it and cancelled my credit card)
I wonder how my account got exposed. And the only thing Google Responded was, we're sorry, these purchases weren't made in your account. But I have like 12 messages in my inbox saying otherwise. And they were all Play Store purchases.
Phishing perhaps. They asking for info? Did you actually get charged on your card?
do you get prize mail etc ask about claims item by enter gmail id and pass?
check your bank account. maybe those messages in your inbox are just spam
Checked it and actually owe 400 dollars. I don't believe forwards and surveys. It's a Market Receipt that I got
Sent from my PG86100 using XDA
Forward the emails to Google and ask them to explain, since they say the purchases were not made on your account but the money was taken. Keep pushing Google with this as something has obviously happened.
I have a specialist looking into it. They located the Hijacker, he's in North Carolina. He was using a tablet and entered my google account to the Google Play. The charges were made by an in-game purchase. They're working on getting me a refund and tracking.the thief.

we used to be able to bill phones to our account a year or so ago and they got rid of it after so many years (been with them since 2002).. IMO they should of grandfathered customers who had the option and had their account in good standing.. it was convenient.. not sure if there was a time limit you had to pay the balance but i always paid it in full when i got the bill.

This is probably one of the smartest things that Sprint has done for the consumer, but will probably bite them as such a large percentage is fraud and low credit class customers that send their accounts to collections.

this option sound interesting, but i would guess there must be some catch.. how about those eligible for an upgrade, no phone discount? kind of sounds like you have to pay retail price.. haven't fully read the details yet, but it looks like you also have to return the old device when you upgrade?
btw, sprint has always had different class rating for each account. meaning they assign a rating to each account when it's opened. higher credit score meant you could have many lines and bill to account, those with lower score/class could only have 1 or 2 lines and no billing on account. i also believe after a certain amount of years they would increase your score if you paid your bill on time so you could get additional lines or maybe even get the bill-to account privileges.. i don't see how this can be that big a problem (people sending accounts into collections) more than they already do.
as long as I'm not getting screwed in the end, I'm all for this as I like to upgrade often lol, my wife says I have a problem

This is one of the benefits/features I miss the most and one I wish they'd bring back. I bought more phones, off contract, through BTA (bill to account) than I do without it. I always re-sign up for 2yr contracts so they weren't losing my monthly business they were simply selling phones at full retail on top of it.
Back in the bta days, you had a month to pay your account in full. If you could time it right, you could make it so the new phone wouldn't show up on the next bill. I forgot how to do that. Collections would start calling if you still had a balance the second month. I'd like to get the note 3 but I'm afraid there's not much of a hardware improvement to justify going into debt. Yeah a bigger screen and battery, but still. I'm not sure if they improved the camera module or if it's the same one that's in this phone.

I may be wrong, but i believe you can still "bill" a phone to your account. I recently purchased my S4 at best buy. I was asked to verify my account...after verifying, the best buy sales person made a call to Sprint questioning what he saw on the screen. I patiently/politely waited. Sprint confirmed to the salesperson what he was seeing. I've been with Sprint for 10ish so years...evidently I have no limits on devices or charges(correct term)? He asked if I wanted the device to be billed to my account or if I would pay them. I chose to pay and didn't think anything else about it until now. At the time of purchase, 4 weeks ago, I had the opportunity to bill my account the purchase price of the phone.
Edit: I had the opportunity to bill 2 lines. My wife kindly just reminded that we bought her phone at the same time. And she remembers thinking that it pays to pay on time.

fake signature Sprint!

Hello T-mobilers. We, Sprinters, have very small community when it comes here in XDA Website and that's why I need help from you guys
Now, let me hit my question.
Sprint sent me a contract peppers which they said it is for a device that you already got few months ago. So technically I haven't gotten any copy of this contract before. I have'nt signed it either. The date of the contract is 10/03/2014 but they sent to me on 12/05/2014.
The contract says that I got a lease of a device which is an Iphone 6 plus on 10/03/2014 at sprint corporate store, but the funny part is that I didn't sign the agreement and my signature is not there because I never been at the store on that day! But wait, I got another contract agreement yesterday but this one has a signature on it! This is not my signature, they just typed my name in the signature place using computer.
Normally if I want to lease a deviceat the store, I have to literally sign the original document using electronic pen and drawing or writing in a small display. But this new agreement which I received yesterday is completely misleading, in fact it's a fraud. They just typed my first name in there!
So what do you guys think about this issue. Should I sue sprint? Should I just call manager or supervisor about the issue?. Or what other steps I should take? Have you ever had this kind of experience from your companies?
Can sprint sign on behalf of me? is this is a fraud? Thanks a lot guys.
I don't think there is any reason to sue them ( yet at least ). It looks like your identity may have be compromised and someone leased phone using your name. Contact store, explain situation and depends on their actions ( if they remove that contract from your name quickly or not ) contact police and report the crime. Without your signature is not a valid contract.

THanks sir. I think the corporate store is the one who did this. No one else for sure. And as you mentioned I won't sue them but I'm curious about the reason they put me on a contract which I've never signed it.
Lol really??
