[App]S2 DigitalClock Widget for All cm&Stock - Samsung Galaxy Mini

My new port for Stock GB Rom S2 Jelly Bean DigitalClock Widget
[ Instruction ]
1.Power off your device.
2.Press 3Combo buttons vol up+home+Power on.
3.Then Flash CWM Recovery Temp Its is attached.
4.Then mount system & Data
5.Then Go Back Apply update from SD card
6.Select my zip name DigitalClockS2.zip
7.Then Reboot Device Then enjoy.

First of all, ur zip has only an app...so no need for "3Combo buttons" coz that will lead ur phone into a mode that even u don't know of. Also it doesn't have /data which means no need to mount data partition to flash this.
* Just press & hold Home & Power buttons to access recovery mode & mount system. Then flash the zip.
Its nice to share new things & info: Thats what XDA is all about but u should not misguide the users.
Hope u understand..:sly:

Hi all,
I have been using CM 6.1 Stable since it has been released and yesterday i decided to reinstall it. But when i tried to boot in clockwork recovery i was stuck in red triangle screen. I reflashed it trough the rom manager several times but there wasn't any result. Any ideas?
Press volume up + power. A new menu will appear - apply the update.zip and you'll reboot into recovery.

nothing happens, its just a regular boot.
ok, download this link: (http//koush.tandtgaming.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-2.5.0.1-legend.zip
(take the ( and ) out of the link, but i cant post links because i didn't post 8 posts here yet
Rename the file to ''update.zip'' (without the '' of course) and copy it to the root of your SD-card.
Now boot into recovery ( by turn the phone off. When its off press the back button (and hold it) and press on the same time. You will be in the fastboot. Now select bootloader and press power. Now select Recovery and press power),
Now press volUp and power at the same time. you will see a blue menu. Now select ''apply sdcard: update.zip'' and press power. You'r mobile will now go into clockworkmodrecovery.
p.s. Sorry for my bad english

I can't get it back to stock ROM

I have a Samsung Galaxy Exhibit II and I tried to get my phone back to stock ROM following this directions:
"1. Connect your device to your PC and copy uvlg3.flash2stock.zip to your internal SD.
2. Boot into ClockworkMod Recovery. To do this,
i. Power down your devi ce.
ii. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons until you see the Samsung logo appear.
iii. Release both buttons.
iv. Press the left bottom Menu capacitive button when you see the Recovery logo (white box with the android icon).
3. On the next screen, select apply update from sdcard using the Volume Up and Down buttons to navigate and the Home button to select.
4. Highlight uvlg3.flash2stock.zip on the next screen and press the Home button to select it.
5. Go back to previous menu and select reboot system now to restart your device."
It all seemed to work fine but in step 4, when i applied the update from sd card it appears in yellow:
E: short write of /tmp/sideload/package.zip(no space left on device)
Installation aborted.
As you can figure, im desperated!! so please if someone could help!!!
THANKS
You missed the wiping part. Do a factory reset/wipe Rom ... I forget what it's called in CWM... Then flash the Rom

I did all that, the CWM doesnt appear now, im in the android system recovery <3e> and my options are the foollowing:
-reboot system now
-apply update from sd card(here is the stock rom but when i apply it it doesnt work because of "insuficent space"
-wipe data/factory reset(did that already)
-wipe cache partition(did that already)
-install fota(dont know what it is but i did it anyway).
Thanks for the reply
aditional info
when i reboot my phone and press down the volume i appear in odin mode, it gives me 2 choices: reboot or download mode, if i enter the download mode it appears:
ODIN HOME
PRODUCT NAME: SGH-T679
CUSTOM BINARY DOWNLOAD: NO
CURRENT KERNEL: UNKNOWN
(ANDROID ICON)
dOWNLOAdING...
Do not turn off target!
There is an alternative way to enter recovery, just pull your battery, hook up the usb cable (ummm phone to pc), press and hold the volume up button then drop in the battery. When you see recovery start let go of the volume button.
You can mount your computer through cwm or twrp recovery an move the stock rom from your pc to your external sd. Do full wipes before flashing (any ROM in my opinion)
Sounds like you need to put the .zip on ext_sd, then wipe your internal sd, or manually delete all of the files. Something is eating all of the space. You might want to put the custom recovery back on it, CWM or TWRP, then wipe it all and reflash the zip, then reboot.

[Q] Display is broken, save private data?

Hi there,
my samsung galaxy s plus (9001) is fallen down, the display is broken.
Im running stockfirmware (2.3.6) unrooted.
I can start it, it rings - if I call it. All data stored on the internal sdcard.
The USB-Debug-Mode is disabled. Is it possible the save my private data?
I get access on the smartphone with android commander, when i start it in recovery-mode.
But the sdcard-folder is empty…? I have over 200 pictures on my smartphone.
Thanks for help

[Q] [Need Help] Can't boot???

Hi all
Now,I'm using Note 3 AT&T (N900A). When I am using Odin to go to Recovery, then press Fail Odin, then I can not turn it on. Now, I can not use any buttons on the machine. When I press the Power button, the machine does not vibrate. The screen is dark. Anyone can help me? Thanks so much!!
P/s: sorry about my English.
Follow instructions word for word, take your time and go slow
1.Download the (alreadykitkat.zip) if you haven't done so yet.
2. Extract it to somewhere on your desktop or PC
3.Copy “Safestrap-Custom.apk” to your phones internal memory, and install it. Make sure you install recovery from within safestrap app, or verify that it is installed
4.Next copy the rom to your phones internal memory(it’s called XNote Port.zip)
5.Boot into download mode (power off, then hold-Volume down, Home and power button at same time
6.Open the “Togetsafestrap” folder and open Odin (win 7 and 8 users may need to run with administrator rights). Add the correct partition Files,
Make sure the files or AP_N900AUCUBMJ5.tar.md5 and BL_N900AUCUBMJ5.tar.md5 and verify your Odin window looks like this picture
7.Click start. Now when the phone is booting up make sure to click “recovery” on the safestrap screen.
(If you missed it just hold down, power button until phone reboots)
8. You can wipe before flashing (Optional) if you want a clean install. Flash the X-Note Port.zip to Stock slot,
But don’t reboot when done,
9. Keep hitting the back button until you see the reboot menu button
Press reboot menu button and select download mode button. Or if you messed up and rebooted just Press Volume down, Home and power button at same time until your back in download mode.
10. Now open the folder “togetbooting” and open Odin. Select the correct partition Files, Make sure you select AP_N900AUCECMGL.tar and BL_N900AUCECMGL.tar and verify your Odin window looks like this picture
11. Click start
done, enjoy the ROM

Sorry your phone isn't responding. Since you can't get into download mode, I recommend trying this method to restore.
