I was wondering if there is some app that hides entire folders from gallery. the feature is built-in for stock ROM but absent in custom ROM's.
Create .nomedia file in folder you want to hide.
Try this hxxps://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.morrison.gallerylocklite&referrer=utm_source%3Dgoogle%26utm_medium%3Dorganic%26utm_term%3Dhide+gallery+android&pcampaignid=APPU_WinqU4O6Gaml0QXFvYDQBQ

Where can i get these apps I know the apex 8.1 rom uses them but im trying another rom and id like to have these two apps. I backed them up with titanium but i guess its not working because it wont let me restore them.
It is probably a system app. What you can do is open up the zip file for the old rom, find the app you want, and drop it in system/app using root explorer.

I wanted to know that how can we extract an apk from an installed app.?? :what:
apk = app
Did you mean you want the original 'installer' ?
- Back up the app using 'app backup restore', download it from the play store.
Did you mean you want to extract the app(apk) for editing purpose ?
- Use APK Manager or APK Edit
Free app called astro file manager
Use it to backup all installed apps
A folder called backups will be created and here you go all the apk's you want
Easy as waking up in the morning
Just kidding, much easier

Hi.. Usually when you hold on an app in TB (Pro) u have an option to convert a user app to a system app or vise versa. I dont have an option to convert a system app to a user app. I want to make Google Maps a user app so i can greenify it. Is there any way to do this?
Delete it via titanium, then install from google play
Thanks dude

Hello I have the Verizon M8 and have been looking for an app that will automatically accept the Public Wi-Fi TOS and the only thing close I can find is the Connections Optimizer that Sprint uses, can anyone pull the APK and Associated Files so I can put them On my device.

Download the stock Sprint Rom, and use a file explorer (ES File Explorer is good) to view the contents, and extract the optimizer app from the system folder. This way, you don't have to extract the entire Rom to get the one file.
I don't think I have a Rom with it, but I will check for it.
ok I'll try that

Using Titanium Backup, I found the correct name of the app. I uploaded it here.
