Thomas' rom doesn't use a stock kernel. You still need an unlocked bootloader.

It is possible to, but requires very talented devs like free Xperia team to write down all drivers from scratch.

its for deodex firmware but u can try to delete home.odex and copy this app to system/app and set correct permission it may work but do backup before doing as its untested on odex firmware of xperia z

I remember the dev said overclock is NOT available in that kernel
You may see in features list overclocking but its actually you cant do that

If you want stock sony camera try to flash Cyber-shot mod in themes/apps section
This may work
BACKUP THE WHOLE ROM BEFORE FLASH! THE ZIP WILL NOT ADD ONLY AN APK FILE!! ITS ADD MORE! SO BACKUP FIRST!!!!!
