I remember the dev said overclock is NOT available in that kernel
You may see in features list overclocking but its actually you cant do that

Basically yes. You must unlock your bootloader and flash custom kernel like LinuxDX or FXP. Then use market apps like swapper or swapper 2. And there was a bunch of posts about swap. Use the search function, it won't bite

All kernels have their advantages and disadvantages. If you're using GingerDX and don't want to overclock your phone use LinuxDX. If you care about OC use FXP.

i root my mobile with kernel .562 then update the kernel with .587 i made my own kernel from the downloaded files when i updated and i have the root , but still can see in pc companion there is update to .587 i don't know why

This kernel works nicely with JJs ROM.
Also, I compared your ramdisk with the ramdisk of stock kernel by TheGreatSega, and in my opinion you did the better job. Thanks a lot!

Thomas' rom doesn't use a stock kernel. You still need an unlocked bootloader.
