Wipe Dalvik cache, cache partition and factory reset, why? To avoid bugs( but some roms have known bugs that full wipe can't fix)

You mean wipe battery stats? You don't need to. It doesn't really do anything.

My device is Google NEXUS6 ,can use the CM12, mokee, chroma, but use Blisspop,My device Infinite loop or crash in the second screen.
Tried many times to recover the official ROM,but still the same.

Thank you for your reply
As mainland China can not use Google, so I did not flash gapps.
My steps are:
1. Restore official factory firmware (5.0 or 5.1)
2. NRT 2.4 Get ROOT
3. Obtain REC
4.flash Blisspop Rom
5.wipe data / factory reset, wipe cache partition
why continue using blisspop ?? just use a different rom.. a lot of roms is out there
Your bootloader is unlocked right?

Currently only see Blisspop Rom has Floating window function
I'm too used to this feature.
Deeply fascinated by it
Next time you flash the ROM, wipe dalvik, and cache before you reboot the device into the system and see if that helps

Yes but if u wipe AFTER flashing, this will always happen, what u need to do is this,
Download rom
Boot to recovery,
Wipe system, data, cache, dalvik cache
Flash rom
Boot
That's it, don't wipe after flashing

Please forgive my English is not very good, so you may not be able to fully understand your meaning.
I tried Wipe system, data, cache, dalvik cache
And then Flash rom
But it is still a problem.
But you say——“don't wipe after flashing”?

Android is upgrading...

Hey guys,
Everytime I install/flash xposed, my phone restarts and does the "Android is upgrading..." thingy and is optimizing alot of apps, which takes a very long time. is there a way to stop this?
Apologies if this was posted in the wrong section.
No
Did you already try to wipe the phone and restart again? This approach did solve my restarts...

This is normal, and should happen once every time you flash any files in recovery and wipe cache.
If it happens when you haven't wiped the cache, then there may be some concern.

I never chose for wiping the cache, could it be that the recovery automatically wipes the cache when flashing? I'm using TWRP, btw.

it shouldn't but if you flash a part of the rom those apps need to be optimized

You should always wipe the cache when flashing anything through recovery.
