Is your device rooted? Did you allow root access for Xposed Installer?
Yes

Cannot install the Framework

[email protected],
I have a problem installing the Framework. The error is attached.
Any idea what's wrong?
Device: Xperia Z1, SU rights granted by supersu permanently.
Thanks!
Best,
Fresh
So, what exactly are you trying to do? Installing Xposed on a device with Android Lollipop? From your screenshot it seems that you are trying to install a Xposed_recovery.zip? Please give us more information about your device and the Android version you are running.
I try to install the Framework on an 4.3 Device. I tried using classic install but also using flash install. Both did not work. Flashing seemed to work partially but it is still not activated. Device is Xperia Z1.
Did you use the official Xposed Installer app that can be found at the Xposed repo?
http://repo.xposed.info/module/de.robv.android.xposed.installer
I too couldnt able to install modules framework .
Flash in Recovery?
Don't you have to install the framework by flashing it in recovery? I know this is the case with the latest versions for lollipop

[HELP]Xposed Framework version 87 is installed, but not active. Check logs

Redmi Note 3 Qualcomm (Kenzo)
MIUI 8.2.2.0
Bootloader Unlocked
Rooted
I installed xposed and some modules but when I open xposed, it says "Xposed Framework version 87 is installed, but not active. Please check logs for details".
I have tried enabling the modules and then restarting, but that doesn't work since modules cant be activated since xposed isn't activated. I don't even get root access prompt when I open Xposed.
Root works properly since I have adaway working and I checked with root checker app. Please help!
Log is too big to attach here.

you just have to install the miui version of xposed -> https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-note-pro/development/xposed-framework-miui7-android-5-1-t3289790
I have a somewhat same issue
It says cannot find /data/data/de.robv.android.xposed.installer/conf/modules.list
I made sure that Xposed is installed and flashed correctly according to the procedure. And I more than 100% sure used the correct zip file. Can you please lend me a hand?:crying:
Device info: Note5, Android Nougat, rooted, ARM64.

Hello, So ive instaled a custom rom for the A5 2017. sm-a520f.
And when i try to install snapchat and log in to it it gives me thsi mesage that means my phone is rooted. IVe read about it and ive figoured out that i can use root switch or something and turn it off then just log inn. but it stil lgives me the same mesage. So what can i do? can i uninstall xposed from a custom rom with xposed preisntalled? and how? it just gets in a bootloop when i try.
IVe tried the port s8 slime rom and the protax V1 rom..
is there other roms that will work? or liek a modded snapchat app?
pls help me fast if u know something about it! =^C
Snapchat does not have anything against root, but it does have much against xposed.
Here's a guide to fix it:
1) Uninstall everything xposed
2) start snapchat
3) login
4) install xposed
fixed.
Edit: did not read that you get a bootloop if you try to uninstall xposed :/
Try to install a custom rom without xposed preinstalled.
Also, you can use the modded snapchat app, Casper ( i'm not giving any download link or anything, but you will find it ).
Warning: your snapchat account may get banned.
Remove supersu install magisk and use magisk hide. Worked for me

Need Help :/

Hello Fellas,
I have some issues and hope you guys can help me out.
I have a Samsung Note 8 (SM-N950F), I have Rooted it today (Using Exynos menthos) and it went flawless without any Errors. After Rooting my Phone I have Flashed Xposed (by PurifyOS) but it seems not working well and I am not sure if it is the Root the Problem or Xposed.
The Problems are :
1. In Xposed the Modules I have Downloaded seems not working/not getting Activated. I have downloaded AdBlock and Youtube Background, checked both of them and restarted my Phone so the Modules get Activated. Well Youtube Background dosent work & Adblock says "The Module hasnt been Activated" but in Xposed it shows me it is Acivated.
2. I have Downloaded 2 Apps which needs Root Access (Freedom & XModGames) and everytime I launch them it Crash my hole Phone and restart my Phone.
The Root & Flashing Xposed went without any Errors.
Any reason you haven't used the official? Try it, may fix your issue
Also what root are you using?
