If you're currently on stock, go to settings and update.

No I forgot to mention that I manually flashed a bunch of other firmwares, now I get problems like touchscreen not working, camera not working etc. So I want the stock firmware.
Hope everyone understands. Thanks.

With HBOOT 1.13 you can go straight to the http://Revolutionary.io and gain true S-OFF on your phone. Read the documentation carefully and you shouldn't have any trouble at all.
Hi
Firstly welcome to xda
You're in a good position, as your hboot version is able to be s offed without downgrading
You can go straight to revolutionary.io and s off from there.
Here is the link to the video tutorial I used back in the day
http://theunlockr.com/2011/08/02/ho...android-phone-using-the-revolutionary-method/
Make sure you're using the correct files for our device because in the video they use a HTC sensation (same procedure)
S off is better than htcdev because it allows you more permissions to flash things like radios and kernels easily
Good luck, if you have questions them Google is your friend, if Google doesn't know then ask here

When have you received the incs OTA update from Bell? Me and all the people I know, who have got Bell INCS phones, have yet to receive this update from Bell.

The OP didn't received the OTA. He was asking how to root his current ROM.
If you really want the ICS ROM for your Bell IncS, HTC has released the ICS RUU on the HTCDEV.com/devcenter/downloads site. There you will find a NAM/Canadian version that you can use to upgrade.
Thanks tplblake, but I already knew this. It's just that, I have reread the op post, and see that I had misread his post. I was reading "has" while the op had written "hasnt". I gueas that the missing quote in "hasnt", got me confused.

Woah, I came here to find out what was going on with ICS and it looks like this was posted a month ago! :good:
I take it this wouldn't have bell's bloatware also?
It's the Canadian rom without the Bell bloatware. If you need part or all the Bell bloatware, it is available on the playstore.
I updated my Bell IncS to the RUU listed on the HTCdev website and it is great. Superuser also works perfectly to give you root access.

Hi guys, I couldn't find an answer using search so I'm turning to you for some help.
I converted my T-Mobile One into a GPe One. I'm still running a T-Mobile radio from the latest stock Sense available to T-Mobile. My question is, can I flash a GPe radio or will this brick my device? Since the GPe One is specific to AT&T.
Any help clearing this up will be appreciated!!

You should be fine although now the OTA for 4.3 is available you might want to flash the radio for that which can be found in this post
Yeah pretty much any radio will work, as long as it's not a sprint one lol.

I followed this post:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2358781
to convert a t-mobile HTC One to Google Edition. Worked flawlessly, I even just got the OTA update to 4.3 (although I have not applied it yet, there may be an issue with the camera - trying to find more info)
You obviously have to do more than just the above post to get to GE (S-OFF, etc.) so if you have any questions I can probably try to point you in the right direction since I just did it.

Im also looking for Telstra RUU.
I have looked everywhere, contacted telstra via crowd support emailed HTC and HTCdev it seems no one will release it.
If you do find it let me know!!
Cheers
Still looking for this RUU.
I have tried HTC with no luck. Although on the developers site they do have the source code available for this version. Does anyone know how, or if , you can create the RUU from this?
Haven't tested it yet but this page seems to have the original Telstra RUU files for the HTC One M7

Hey guys,
I'm sorry if this has been asked or if there's already a guide that I've missed, but I'll ask;
I have an HTC One from back in the day, and recently I've been able to play around with it.
So I'm looking to root it and flash a custom rom into it. Can you folks tell me what the model for
the Canadian model is? As well as the roms available to us, and what all I need to flash the phone? Thank you kindly

If your phone is Canadian then its most likely a PN0712000 (M7_UL) so you should be able to flash any M7_UL roms posted in this forum.
Newer Sense based roms requires a 7.xx.xxx.x version-main.

That's awesome! Thank you so much, I'll look for the model on the roms I browse. Does it go by the PN number or M7_UL? Also, can you clarify what you mean in the second part by sense based roms requiring 7.xx.xxx.x? Thank you

If you want to flash a Sense rom that is running Lollipop Android, your phone firmware must be a 7.xx.xxx.x version.

Oh ok understand. And if I just want other roms then I'll just have to look for the model to match.
