Hi,
I have recently installed cwm recovery on my device, following this i was changing a few settings that i did not know what i was dealing with, and now the device is stuck on the boot screen. Hence today I reinstalled the original recovery software but still the device is stuck.
I am not sure how to resolve this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated for repair of my device,
thanks.

welcome to the forums and thank you for taking the time to post here
there are several options you can try
i would recommend you have a search through forums to see what people have tried when they have had this problem
once you have done that post the list of the things you have tried and the results so far if it still doesn't work
Go to sammobile.com and download an official firmware and flash with ODIN

My Galaxy Tab 7 from one moment to the other began to turn on and off by yourself and not let me do anything. I've tried Odin and CWM recovery but as is always the on and off can not do anything.
Someone has a solution for this?
Thank you.

Hmmmm.... what ROM + kernel ? If you by coincidence installed the new Hyperdroid, be sure to flash the AF974's RedPill kernel afterwards again.
the problem of my tablet is similar to this video.

seems to be a compatibility issue,
did u check the boot version / radio compatibility with the ROM you flashed
make sure you re-read the entire post and follow all steps mentioned there
the tablet was working normal. Ran out of battery and from there it was like in the video
Sorry if this kind of thread is posted somewhere else already, but i've spent a lot of time but failed finding the solution to this problem.
Rooted for the first time, worked fine, installed ROM MANAGER, too, to create a backup, tried installing CLOCKWORKMOD from recovery, but since after that, my phone is stuck on the initial screen showing "SAMSUNG GALAXY ACE GT-S5830i" [Maybe this is SOFT BRICK]
I AM able to enter recovery mode, tried factory reset, unroot, etc but of no use.
PLEASE could anyone help me.? (And I've no idea of ODIN)
Please please help.
Get an idea of odin, then use it. It's different for 5830i (1.85 is the version u need)
And try to stay away from rom manager.

U're lucky to have it just soft bricked. Many others have completely hard bricked their phones.
Download stock firmware & flashguide for S5830i from www.samfirmware.com
And pls. For phone's sake... Don't use Rom Manager ever again.

Hello everyone,
first of all, thanks for reading this.
So here's a short scetch of the details of my phone:
I have an samsung GT-s5570 galaxy mini I, and a half year ago i succesfully rooted it, now it's running android 2.3
Today I tried to upgrade it to 4.1 with cyanogenmod 10, so i did the recovery, update thing, but i forgot to install clockworkmod. after a 'succesfull' update, rebooting ends up giving me a black screen, normal startup gets stuck at the samsung logo. i tried to update it to the version it ported with, i tried to update it to the root thing, but none of these changed anything. Odin multidownloader doesnt detect it, even system wipe/factory recovery doesnt change anything. I'm not able to figure out how to fix this, please someone help me with fixing this and/or updating it to android 4.1 with cyanogenmod 10? thanks in advance!

Firstly, it was a dumb thing to do to flash a custom rom through stock recovery. Secondly, you can't fix it just by wiping data, you gotta flash stock rom via ODIN. Thirdly, to let your computer's ODIN detect the phone, it's gotta be in download mode. To go into download mode, just press and hold Home+VolumeDown+Power buttons.
There's a guide available in my sig feel free to refer to it.
Hi folks, First of all I would like to note that I have not found similar threads to the specific problem I have encountered. and now to the problem itself: A few hours ago i tried to Root my device, and after I flashed the appropriate file using the stock CWM the device tried to restart but then he just hangs on the screen with the samsung logo of the device and not turn on. Furthermore I cannot get to CWM or download mode by the combination of the buttons. Any kind of help would be really appreciated as this is very urgent because I use this phone on a daily basis. thanks in advance.
Edit: I tried to remove and insert the battery several times but it did not help and stuck on the samsung boot logo again.
P.S. Sorry for the various spelling mistakes that I might have.

maybe it is bricked.
Seems like a brick if you cannot enter download mode. Can you list the exact steps you carried out? Which ROM were you earlier on etc...

I am currently running a previous version of this rom: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1970626
I was trying to root my device via this guide: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2217840
(method 2) and downloaded the XXLSZ .zip file and flashed it through the stock recovery. These are all the steps that I did, I guess.
Are you serious? no download mode? that's terrible.
adb works from recovery but i don't know what you can do with that alone.

Hi all! First of all my name is Matias, I'm new here and I'm no expert modding or repairing phones. I've done some tweaks, flashing some roms in old devices but nothing complicated. I'm happy that this forums exists as I've found helping comments or threads more than once. Today I signed in because I can't solve a problem with a phone I'm trying not to throw away.
I have a Samsung J5 Prime (SG570M) that is stuck in download mode. I have already flashed the stock rom with Odin (both last version) and when the flashing ends, it says 'succesful' in Odin, but when the phone reboots it doesn't boot up, the screen remains black. It's not a bootloop because the samsung logo doesn't even appear. Any suggestion what could it be or what should I do? I already tried changing PC, USB port and cables.
Any help would be awesome, thanks in advance!

If you haven't used the 4-file flashing firmware in Odin, you should.
Hey, thanks for answering! Yeah, I have used the 4-file firmware and followed all recommended steps from the sammobile guide. Don't know what else to do :/
