i downloaded an official ftf from sony and now want to flash it with fastboot
as flashtool is not working for me ...
please help me to decrypt the ftf file to flash it with fastboot

While using flashtool you need to use flashmode not fast boot.
Fastboot cannot be used to flash ftf files

Fastboot for flash boot.img ONLY!!!
And why you want to use fastboot for that if you have pc?

I am trying to flash a rooted, unlocked bootlader, X8 with an image file. However I came to know X8 doesn't have any fastboot ? Is that true ? So should img files be flashed in a dfferent way on an X8 ?

Fastboot flash doesn't work if your bootloader isn't unlocked. You can always use Flashmode to flash a stock kernel since you are also running on a stock rom

My phone can now only be connected to PC in fastboot mode(yeah. . I kinda break it. . . . what should I do now?

The phone should check for the volume down key being pressed BEFORE trying to verify the kernel, and going to fastboot if it fails, so you should be able to use Flashmode, just make sure you CONNECT USB and not PRESS POWER with volume down held down

Just unlock the bootloader, shouldn't be that hard you can always use the button on Flashtool or Sony's official way
DON'T 'just unlock the bootloader' your camera will be screwed for forever and you'll never get low light pictures to work again
Hi, I've just rooted my Huawei P8 lite 2017 and I saw that the root had erased all the google apps and the keyboard from my phone. So I tried to install open gapps from the TWRP recovery mode and when I turned on my phone, I had a black screen with only the three virtual buttons at the bottom. So I tried to do a factory reset from the recovery mode and it didn't changed anything. Then I tried in the eRocovery with "Download latest version and recovery" but it didn't work neither; it says "Getting package info failed".
Can you help me to solve this problem ?? :crying::crying:
Bad idea to flash gapps on a stock ROM, you might need to flash system again via fastboot. Do you know what Firmware you had?
No, I don't know, I can only acces to the TWRP recovery mode and to eRecovery and it doesn't connect to my computer because I can access to "Debugging USB". Can you help me ?

Can you boot to fastboot (hold volume down button and connect to pc)? You can try to flash B110 Firmware. Download Huawei update extractor, and Extract Boot.img, Recovery.img and System.img from the Update.APP.
Download ADB drivers, instal and then open install directory an paste earlier extracted Boot.img, Recovery.img and System.img
Flash those via fastboot:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot flash system system.img

It didn't work. But after that, I went on the recovery mode and did a factory reset and it worked. Thank you very much for helping me.

You can download the latest rom for your phone of your choice and extract the modem.img file from the images folder in the file. Then place your phone in fastboot (provided your bootloader is unlocked) and flash the modem file

Yes there is guide for GT 2 pro but not for GT 2 on the official Realme community!
Don't you need bootlocker unlocked for the GT2 to flash global or indian rom ? There is no guide to unlock the GT2 as far as I know.

Well i try to install the RMX3311GDPR_11_A.16_2022042619330152 by extracting the OFL and crossing the files with the Pro version from the tutorial, but i still miss the Recovery.IMG and the Super files are like 8 of them.
I still tried to install them all, (poor decision of mine) and now my phone just boot to the Bootloader, because there is no functional firmware there to boot too.
Because someone help me with this, maybe i can install the Chines OFL version back with Realme_Flash_Tool_v1.0.0.4 and wait till someone actually convert the Global properly?

Ok this is dump, i just realize that i forgot to flash the vm-bootsys.img, now global is finally installed
For those who want to try just follow the Pro tutorials like Realme GT2 Pro Global tutorial or this YouTube tutorial with these files, try to install the same order 1 by 1.

Make sure the name is correct or try to change the name of the file and try again

you change the file to 22.img?
so you need to type the change name also on the command
