New Desire HD dialer, anyone??

I know there was a recent update for the Desire HD that was supposed to have a New DIALER etc.... I was wondering has anyone updated and checked it out, and if so is there a way it can posted for other users?? I have the EVO and would like to use it being that I'm using/running a Desire HD rom!!! thanks guys!!!

I have the latest update and the only changes are bug fixes for the camera and security updates

I wasn't aware of an update like you said being available, and I've had a quick look on the internet and couldn't find any mention of one!
I got excited then!

There was an update two weeks ago. 2.2 was updated two weeks ago to 2.2.1

So for those of you who've updated your Desire HD roms, You dont notice a new dialer?? I ask because that's what I read from http://www.coolsmartphone.com/2011/01/04/htc-desire-z-and-desire-hd-receiving-updates/ about the update!

It's not a "new" dialer but two extra functions in the menu (when making a call).

I'd like to have those lol I'm runng the desire hd rom on my EVO
How can I get this dialer?

Gs4,ubuntu mobile,Early not booting 4.3 GNEX

Guys seriously i own also a gnex and just whent over there and have seen alot of interesting stuf that may have potential for our XZ
I.e.
-Gs4 camera app with libs and working photosphere
-Ported google edition boot animation
-google edition live wallpapers
-ubuntu mobile development
-Even a early port (not booting) of 4.3 !!!
If devs are reading please head over there if you feel like helping, i think they could use all the help they can get
And lots of other great stuff

[REQUEST] Sense TV App.apk + Sense Gallery for One GE?

I found some uploads for the camera.apk but I haven't noticed any threads for the TV Remote app...Anyone have this for upload?
Also curious about sense gallery, to be able to make the zoe films, afaik you can only do that in the sense gallery. Is this even possible to get without having sense as launcher?

Not for sure so dont quote me on the but I have read on alot of pages the htc gallery zoe doesnt work on the Google Editions as for the remote i have no idea but if the ir blaster still works on the GE but their is a great remote app for htc called smart ir remote for htc one i just couldn't find any links to it if i find a link ill post it

The or blaster is one of the main reasons why I can't down grade to the google edition roms.

You guys can try this ROM. It's sense and you can choose some Google edition apps. I love it

GPe 4.3 has removed the sense framework that was in GPe 4.2. Its doubtful you'll ever see any ported apps.

Speech to text on Android Revolution HD 22

Hi guys
Ive recently installed Android Revolution HD 22 and I am pretty UK impressed so far. One feature I am missing though is the speech to text. I have the microphone button in a few apps but pressing it often causes the app to crash.
Is there any way I can get this feature back?

Replacement camera app.

I'm using the latest GPE rom and wanted a recommendation from the community on another camera app that has video recording capability. I've tried the LG camera from play store but video is choppy, maybe it's my settings? Anyways, any recommendations would be helpful. Tia

Honestly, I'm really liking the Google Camera, it's not a huge app but it has all the essentials and works great with the M7.

I was looking for something that I could tap to focus while using the camcorder. Haven't had much luck searching thus far. My search continues... Any body else have a recommendation I could try? Tia
