[Q] Need help recovering my Notes/Memos - Galaxy S Advance I9070 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello guys.
Recently I installed Cyanogenmod 11, and there's no app on which I can view the Memos I had on Jelly Bean.
The files are still stored in folder TMemo, with .snb extension.
I have tried several apps to try and view the Notes, but with no success.
What's your suggestion? I've got important info I need to retrieve in those files. Thankyou.

Restore your Nandroid Backup with stock Jelly Bean, i suppose you have one, and save that notes to desk or laptop.

Memo storing directory

Where does the stock memo app store the memos?
The thing is I updated my rom, but before that I deleted and formated everything. I forgot to backup my memos and now I need to get them from the nandroidbackup that I saved on my computer... Any ideas?
Help please
Okay, I've managed to solve my problem
The stock memo app stores memos in a database file (/dbdata/databases/com.sec.android.app.memo).
What I did was: I took that database from a nandroid I made from my computer. I copied that db to my sdcard and then, using root explorer, moved that db to the correct directory. The next time I launched the memo app, it loaded the new database and my memos were there

Where are the MEMOS stored on the phone?

I need to reflash a rom because my phone is constantly saying android.process acore has stopped and I cant use the phone properly, But I can access the storage.
I have been looking for what to backup to keep my memos but I cant seem to find anything.
There is no data/data or databases etc as suggested.
/data/data/PACKAGE_NAME/databases/.
/data/data/net.wzdworks.android.wzdmemo
These two suggested locations do not exist on my phone, but I can still access the memo and see all the notes just fine there.
I am running darkys 9.5 rom
code.
cp /dbdata/databases/com.sec.android.app.memo/Memo.db /mnt/sdcard/tmp/Memo.db
I don't see any of that.
I made a backup of everything on the phone.
Here are all the files on the phone.
://i40.tinypic.com/erztyq.jpg (put http on the front before the : to see the pic)
://i39.tinypic.com/2n7f28.jpg.
The files have to be there somewhere, Its incredible every place tells me to look in a different place.
I tried samsung kies to backup memos before I formatted and that kept crashing too, SO I just backed up the whole phone in the hopes someone can tell me how to access my memos from stores files, Or what to copy paste into my new install to get then back.
Oh and if someone could tell me where the contacts saves to phone are stored that would also help
Hi
It's easier than that!
Just sync your memo an contacts with Kies, install new ROM then sync again.
You'll have your memos back.
P.S. at lest worked for me

[Q] Notes app location in HTC Stock Rom Android 4.2.2

Dear xda-developer members,
I could not find an app to save my notes automatically on my PC, i tried wondershare mobilego, it saves everything except the notes app.
So I am trying to find the notes app and especially the path of the data store of it so I can save it manually. Can you help me where I can find it and which files I also need to save in order to have a complete backup of the notes application and its content?
I have the Stock HTC Stock Rom (rooted, Sense) Android 4.2.2.
I do not want any cloud save/backup, for me only backup on my local computer is possible.

[Q] S memo files lost after lollipop update how do I recover them?

My phone has NOT been rooted. 2 days about I updated from 4.4.2 to lollipop. Everything seemed to be working fine until I tried to access my s memos. Everything is gone. It shows that there are no files to Import or restore. The files seem to show up as .............saveinstance. When I try to open them they just show up blank and as PNG files. These files are very important to me and I need to get them back. Everything was backed up before the update. Now I cant find them anywhere.
