New rom, nice ?
Sent from my Nexus 4 using XDA Premium 4 mobile app
Might have to try this.
Does f2fs make much of a difference to the performance of the device?
is this all f2fs ready also can you provide a version without recovery?

I build this ROM to create a mako version of the PhilZ recovery -- which supports f2fs & exfat (found in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/orig-development/mako-philz-touch-t2210081).
As far as I know, the standard CM nightlies for mako, as in my UNOFFICIAL build (http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-4/development/rom-cm11-10-2-10-1-nightlies-nexus-4-t2139784/) don't fully support f2fs. I'm not sure if the standard CM recovery, if built with this ROM, would fully support f2fs.
No builds for an indefinite period. My phone will be in for repairs, so, I can't check to see if the builds have problems.

Hello guys only one question does any lollipop rom support f2fs?
Thanks
CM12.1 from Marcelo supports it on Cache and Data. Everything else has to be formatted on ext.
This one I can guarantee. I don't know about other ROMs.
If I am not wrong, like almost every rom is based in the same source, is likely that most of roms support it, I tested it in CM, Bliss and RR and all these support f2fs for data and cache.
I am trying to install latest version of cm11 and I just want to know if I should apply F2FS for better performance?
Is cm11 compatible with F2FS?
I am new to this so please give me your advice.
Thanks.
Hi all,
I attach the most recent stagefright patch I extracted from a recent CM 12.1 Nightly build for pollux windy. This patches the recent vulnerability CVE-2015-6602 as well as all other vulnerability discovered thus far. I have tested this on my daily driver 12.1-20150822-NIGHTLY-pollux_windy. I created this so I could use the most recent release of the EvoMix custom kernel for pollux windy on a rom that was build around the same time as the custom Evo kernel.
This patch should work with all CM 12.1 base roms.
Cheers!
Why don't you simply use a more recent ROM?

I would prefer to, but I got a bootloop using your kernel on the available cm nightly but all is working again on August cm nightly build.
For others, this patch gives the community more options for ROMs and have stagefright patched as well.
When your next kernel is finished I'll be sure to upgrade

Are you sure it's not related to Xposed? There were no changes of the CM kernel for 4 weeks..

If memory serves me right, the latest CM nightly plays nice with the most recent release of xposed and your kernel play nice with the latest CM nightly. However, combing the 3 = boot loop. Reverting back to CM August build let's me enjoy both your kernel and xposed and if I have stagefright also patched, I'm doing very well

cm13.0 build failed. Not sure whats up with that. I will take a look over the next few days and see if I can get it building again.
What I want to know for the cm12.1 test build:
1. Obviously does it boot
2. if you flash arters kernel with the test build does it bootloop?

new test 12.1 build uploaded here: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id=0B_xUvmlw0WlSeHk1YmltS0VoVGc&usp=sharing
I need to know if this build boots and if it supports arters kernel. Thank you to everyone testing these builds, you're helping hugely. if this build boots and you guys can flash arters kernel and it boot still then this should be the start of a more stable release and it should be easier for me to build updates for you.

Bug report
First of all, I wants to change my network mode to WCDMA Only for WCDMA Preferred...
There's several choice which I can use at preferred network
situaiton : When I change network type to 3G at setting it does not apply at all. So I tried to change preferred network mode at ##4636##....
But I only can use GSM only, LTE only, and LTE/GSM auto (PRL)...Default is LTE/GSM auto(PRL)
Whenever I change it to something else I come backs to LTE/GSM auto (PRL) and cellinfo always remains at CellinfoLte..It should change to CellinfoWCDMA when I change to WCDMA only but I never changes
P.S.1. I have tried everything I could do...I have done such as build.prop edit, change APN,,etc..BUT NOTHING HELPED...So I found out it was problem of CM13.
P.S.2 : At cm12.1, everything works fine
hello, tested the test and remains in the logo of cyano and arter97 kernel or boot logo
---------- Post added at 10:41 AM ---------- Previous post was at 10:37 AM ----------
the logo does not rise
Okay I think I have sorted the problem with booting once and for all on cm-12.1 builds, will build and upload another test build later today.

Yes, the cm 12.1 rom is now being built with @kyasu 's kernel. he has given me permission and I will be giving him credit in the OP.
CyanogenMod is a free, community built, aftermarket firmware distribution of Android 2.3.7 (GB), which is designed to increase performance and reliability over stock Android for your device.
Your Warranty is now void
And other stuff that nobody reads
CyanogenMod is based on the Android Open Source Project with extra contributions from many people within the Android community. It can be used without any need to have any Google application installed. Linked below is a package that has come from another Android project that restore the Google parts. CyanogenMod does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.
I built this using broadcomcm sources and mixed it with team DZB Sources
