I'm on a Dev edition xt1060 and I've had both the German and GB versions of 4.4.2 on my device at some point so currently my boot loader is version b3. Currently I'm on eclipse 3.1.2 so im on a 4.4 based rom. Is there any way I can get 4.4.2 Verizon on my device? Or do I need to wait for the full Verizon 4.4.2 sbf?

Wait for the sbf.
OTAs have patch files that are meant to be applied to the old bootloader only.
Okay, thanks

Root a 4.2 or below ROM - Search for the root methods in the other Z forums as there's more than one method
then download a 4.3 ROM and follow the instructions
Hi everyone, I am a user of this forum, I would want to ask ccouple questions about the new version of the android 4.4.2 and hope somebody could help me out, thanks!
Q1:What is the different between the modelN900AUCUCMLG and the offical Att model which just released?
Q2: If I did updated theN900AUCUCMLG model before, how could I change it from this to the Att offical version?
Thank you very much,I appreciate it.thanks
MLG is the leak.
The official is more refined, less bugs, etc.
There are methods detailed in the NC2 discussion thread.

I wouldn't use the method posted above unless you verify it is or 4.4.2 which I don't believe it is. There currently is not a root option if you are using kit Kat. Lots of people are waiting for root. When it happens you will surely see a method posted. The methid in the link above is more than likely root for a jelly bean version and may screw up your phone.

He is correct the method above will not work. I believe actually it only worked on mi9. If you do this at best it will simply fail at worst you will brick... In all likely hood you would wind up at a best buy getting reflashed.
