Hello, I have flashed the stock rooted kit kat rom on my phone with sense 6.0. Everything was working perfectly until it suddenly rebooted. I thought it wasn't a big deal, but then it rebooted again after about 2 minutes. Now it keeps going on like this and I don't know what to do, I deleted my backup rom because everything seemed to work as it should. Is there any way to fix this??? I have tried rebooting it when it was still on but no luck!
What radio are you on? You may have to just RUU back to stock and then re-root. Make sure that your radio is up to date.

Try updating SuperSU, by flashing this zip in TWRP.

I rooted my Incredible S today from Bell Mobility using revolutionary.io and su-3.0-efgh-signed.zip
It worked as I verified it was S-Off once everything was done. The phone booted fine and everything worked.
I then installed the stable cyanogen mod 7.1 for my model.
The phone then got stuck on the cyanogen boot logo so I rebooted and wiped the cache and formatted the sd card. I rebooted and it everything seemed to work until I tried to make a call. It went through but I'm not getting any sound, I can't hear the person I'm calling and they can't hear me.
I then wiped the cache again and installed virtuous_quattro_rc3_vivo.zip
It installed fine but gave me the same issue, no sound when making or receiving calls.
I've tried doing a factory reset several times but it just brings me back to Virtuous ROM and now won't even find a cellular signal.
I'm new to Android (as you can tell) and just want to get this thing back to stock.
Can anyone help??
Thanks!

Since your Bell IncS probably came Android Froyo, when you installed CM 7, which is an Android Gingerbread based ROM, you need to update your radio from a Froyo Version1 radio to a GB Version 2 radio.
Check out this thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1129014&highlight=radio
I would try using this one:

Over the last few days I've been installing ROM after ROM attempting to fix the problem with my text messages to no avail. I basically bricked the device and spent all day attempting to fix the problem. I can't logically think of a reason everything would be fine except the texts and I was hoping to get some help. Thanks.
Do you have the latest firmware installed?
If so I would suggest running the latest RUU and start fresh.
Sounds like you flashed a rom that is not compatible with Sprint and it messed up your partitions.
I flashed the latest firmware but nothing changed. Would you suggest locking the bootloader and unrooting the phone and starting over?
So I did some flashing on my XT1068, CM12 and stock 5.0 roms, WIFI worked perfectly in those, but now I restored to stock 4.4 TWRP backup and WIFI was not working, toggle just does nothing when I tap it, I first thought something is wrong with the backup so I re flashed stock with this method http://forum.xda-developers.com/mot...windows-tool-moto-g-2014-xt1068-dual-t2983295
But wifi still dead, which is very weird because it should work on bloody stock rom!? It was working before I flashed CM12
Maybe re flash stock kernel?
Nope that didn't help
i have the same problem with my xt1068!!! i have try some way but nothing!!!
Turns out now it works only under CM12, this is super weird now
Anyone has any idea? I see many people having this same problem but no one seems to be fixing it

Hello guys, my problem is as follows. The other night I was about to try a different ROM than the one I was on. So like always I said let me back up my ROM. I was on a recent cyanogen nightly. Maybe about a week old. So I make a back up and hit reboot. But it won't reboot. I go in to recovery to use backup that I no just said completed successful but its not there. Actually nothing is there from old ROM. So I say OK. I will just try to restore an old stock type rom I had. Well it restored but the camera kept unfortunately stopping. So I said fine. I will wipe and use same ROM but start like new. When I did that the camera still crashed and I had no sound.. Crazy...tried latest nightly and it got to part saying starting apps but never booted... Any help would be great. Had to go back to one plus one for now..

hello,
ive been searching around for about an hour and i havent found a thing.
Let me describe my phone:
Safestrap
rooted
android 4.4.2
Scenario:
got a nasty ad virus yesterday, so i restarted my phone today and went into safestrap. Then i installed my previous back up from about a month ago. (not sure if i needed to delete anything left of the device) I restored data and system and it worked fine. I was in android for about 5 minutes then it restarted. so i assumed it was normal then it did it continuously.
First off im not sure what a bootloop is but i assume it doesnt post to the android system and continuously loops the boot logos.
Whats happening to me is that my phone will boot for a few seconds, sometimes minutes, and i can get on android for a few. Then the phone restarts. Ive been looking around for a few hours now and i cant find a fix or a way to restore my phone to the restore i made on 4/22/17.
ANY help would be greatly appreciated and please correct me if i did something i wasnt supposed to.
If you need more info i will gladly post more

I am no expert, but I think you would have to do a factory reset on your phone if you wanted to have a proper restore. When I did rooting on 4.4.4 and 5.0 I always flashed the phone with Odin.
