Gdx v025 xperia s launcher

I am using gdx v025 on stock kernel so is it possible to instal xperia s launcher, I tried some but not working?? Or I don't know

(Q) xperia sp- How to get debug usb driver standalonE?

Well, I'm New on android environment, first device, and although I have modded many Motorola's and Sony Ericsson's phones, **** changes fast and I'm really outdated.
So, the problem is, I don't have a internet connection home, so I have downloaded all the stuff I need to root my XSP, but when I put it on debug usb mode, or doesn't install c5303 device that appear on device manager.
I did some search and I found that only pc companion can install it. I've downloaded that, on my phone to install on the pc, but inside pc companion is support zone, and I can't download that because I stint have internet connection.
I will be thanks if somebody could get the driver it self, or pack support zone into rar file and send me... or do something so that I don't need to go a lan house just to root my phone

Hi Guys I may have left but I ain't giving up on you guys.
I wanna Help build KitKat but ma PC is windows 7 not allowed to change it.
Can I use Cygwin to build and download repo?

unfortunately can not download ...mega is not accesible in my net and in mobile app ,download is failing

Why not flashing kernel only with flashtool?

Do I have to change the kernel if I want to install Ubuntu 14.04 (the desktop version) on my Sony Xperia Z?
