latest firmware for dev. edition

anybody please help. I am using htc one dev edition with ARHD, S-Off, Unlocked bootloader + firmware- 4.06.1540.3
I know the latest firmware for dev edition is 4.19.1540.4 but i didn't find it anywhere. If anybody have it, please give me link for that.

But i don't want modded firmware.
I want original firmware without mod

Hi!
I've got 2 questions about updating HTC One:
1. Is already realised 4.4.4 Android version for this model (stock rom)?
2. Can I update it, when in bootloader there is S-ON?

I don't understand what you are asking! There may or may not be a KitKat 4.4.4 since Lollipop is due to come out soon and HTC stated the HTC One will get it in 90 days of release.
You can update it with S-ON, you just need stock recovery and stock rom. Read this post: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=52894276&postcount=9

it's htc one m7 at&t unlocked.. it is rooted , currently version is 4.4.2 & htc sense is 5.5..*
yesterday I downloaded Rom from htc official website
under category of developers/ unlocked,,, then I went up to some stage it fails to update by bringing error 155,,,... I want to update into lollipop
please help me to choose the suitable Rom for my device according to my information above.... or other ways to solve it

you cannot use US Developer Edition RUU, unless you are s-off and do some things (for example, change CID)
.
you will find information about RUUs in the thread linked above

if you are S-ON, then bootloader has to be relocked for RUU to work

I searched the internet for a few months, but couldn't find a way to unlock htl22 ver software munber 3.39, so I tried to write an article on the XDA forum, hoping community to help my, I read through it, but the ver is lower, and still works, or maybe, it can only be unlocked through the box, I don't have enough to own a box, hope someone, help me,
