Hello everybody, I'm new to this forum, I have a problem with my One m7.
Pratically the phone never boot cause I made a factory reset and delete all on the flash memory by mistake
I come from an htc sensation xe (great terminal) with a double partition and probably for this reason I think is possible to hard reset easily every phone.. ':|

nope that ruu wont work as that's not your next update, don't worry about version main missing, that's normal, which recovery do you have installed ?
you need to push this to your phone http://www.htc1guru.com/2013/10/guru-reset-3-62-401-1-stock-rom/
then flash inside TWRP recovery, the same way you would with a custom rom, select wipe data, install stock radio and install stock recovery during the aroma installer, once done, reboot your phone.
If you want s-off, now is the time to do it, before updates, use rumrunner to gain s-off, if you don't want s-off then just accept any OTA's.

You need to boot to fastboot and run the command:
fastboot getvar all
The main version correlates with the RUU you need.

Why do you need RUU?
Wich version do you have now? That thing you posted is not your OS version.
You must start phone in bootloader
Then download fastboot files.
Then run command : fastboot getvar all and hit enter.
Post the output here but remove your SERIAL and IMEI...

So what is your goal? You want to use the stock OS with root? You want s-off or you were only trying to s-off to unbrick your device?
You can simply flash a Guru reset rom. This is a stock rom with ability to apply future ota updates.
So i'll suggest you download latest twrp recovery 2.6.3.3. save it to your adb/fastboot folder and flash it to your phone:
Code:
fastboot flash recovery <name_of_file>.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
download this guru reset rom: http://www.htc1guru.com/dld/guru_reset_m7_3-62-401-1-zip/ save it to you adb/fastboot folder and push it to your phone:
boot your phone in twrp recovery main menu
Code:
adb push <name_of_file>.zip /sdcard/
then in twrp select ''install'' and chose the guru zip
follow instruction of graphical installer (aroma)
select wipe data option
select root option if you want root
select to flash radio
select stock recovery if you want to receive future ota (if you want to keep twrp recovery, don't select this option)
and then click install in the aroma installer.

There is no RUU available for your phone version, if you want to use a RUU you'll need to s-off the phone so you can flash another version RUU or flash the lower decrypted version of your phone 1.29.401.2
For OTA updates, you need stock recovery + all stock system files and /data/preload files
which RUU supports my device?
Hi friends ,
Please me
I have various problems with my HTC OneM7 and I want to return it for repairs. I am running cyanogenmod at the moment, which breaks the warranty.
I don't know how to return to my genuine HTC ONE M7 RUU which comes when i have purchased.
Can anybody help me find the correct RUU?

your s-off you can basically flash any RUU you want with a little editing of the android_info.txt
the decrypted RUU Zip's here can all be edited to match your phone. http://www.htc1guru.com/downloads/ruu-zip-downloads/
your software is already at 5.x so be careful going too far back words

Here is another route; you can use this TWRP nandroid 4.20.980.1 backup and the stock firmware in the same post to get back to stock. Since you are returning it you probably don't have to update it to the latest version if you don't want to. But if you do, here is the OTA to your version 5.11.980.9.

Thanks

You could but here is the 6.09.401.5 TWRP nandroid and the stock firmware. Flash the nandroid first, then flash the firmware. You will be completely stock, I would remove "Tampered" and set your bootloader back to "Locked" prior to running the firmware. You can use the Guru Bootloader Reset Tool to accomplish both items in TWRP.

Thanks heaps for that, I've already removed tampered but haven't locked the bootloader yet so I'll get onto that now but I'm in some way hoping I can upgrade to an m8 refurbished instead of a refurbished m7 when I take it back to avoid having purple camera or another mic issue but worth a shot asking even if I did have to pay a small fee to upgrade but thanks again

The blank version main is caused by a bug in older TWRP recovery versions. Hboot 1.61 + your MID and CID mean that you have a 7.19.401.? version.
Try the 7.19.401.22 RUU first.
