My review:
Good:
This is a stock rom from cyanogenmod so it very smooth, fast and light
Mobile signal and 3G is very fast, no network drop
Not drain my battery because mobile signal
Bad:
USSD cannot use to check my money (used old patch to fix, can find on temasek page at my signature)
Wifi can detect but cannot connect(same)
Not get over 1800MB of RAM (I don't know why using your kernel just get 1700MB RAM, other kernel got 1800MB RAM)
Still have some bug because this just snapshot
Tips for who don't want to delete personal data on device using CM roms ( not always work, so backup your data before doing this), this work on my device using temasek rom
1. Install arter97 rom.
2. Install arter97 kernel
3. Reboot first time, check wifi and USSD, if wifi or USSD not work, go to step 4 or you are done.
4. See at my signature, press temasek rom, find and download USSD or Wifi fix.
5. Done click thanks button to me and arter97 too.

1. I don't know what is that USSD money stuff.. It may just don't exists on Korean carriers.
2. Congratulations! You got that popular Wi-Fi issue on E210! Our Korean forum already had that covered, try murata fix.
3. I want to clarify the RAM part. Please spread the word if others are curious about the same thing.
There's a hacky Samsung's implementation called CMA on i9300 kernel. If it's enabled, RAM speed and efficiency gets lower but the actual available RAM size gets higher.
CMA is enabled by default on i9300 and other Exynos 4 1GB RAM devices which in those cases, available RAM size is more important than its efficiency.
On our Korean devices and Exynos 4 tablets, which has 2GB of RAM, CMA is disabled by default thus allowing more efficient RAM operation.
So, if you see > 1800 MB available RAM size on E210, you're actually experiencing slow RAM performance.
I knew this for a quite a long time, I'm making all of my Korean kernels with CMA disabled. This should be the right answer for our Korean devices.
(PS, My kernel + e210s gets 1980 MB with CMA enabled)

You really shouldn't expect all of the international standards to work on Korean phones.
We're just puting a bandaid on it to make the basic functionality working.
And I've never heard of the Sim Toolkit error.

I've been experiencing terrible wifi signal on when using arter97 kernel v2.2 and I'm trying to access service mode on my E210S so that I can boost the wifi signal but I can't seem to enter the menu using the usual *#0011#. USSD codes are working after I flashed the USSD-FIX.zip but not the usual service mode ussd codes.
Any ideas how to boost the wifi signal?

A nightly has been released on Aug 21, just flashed it on e210s, everything seems to be working fine
Was wondering if there was a changelog?

As it's mentioned in the op that it's for single sim only but I flashed the rom out of curiosity but unfortunately not even a single sim is working on XT1022 [emoji107]

@cybojenix please put NOT FOR DUAL SIM I.E XT1022 , People here don't understand single sim that will reduce the posts of people asking why no single sim on dual sim version.

Dual Sim fix. Confirmed to make Single Sim work. waiting on report for dual sim functionality. It's been said the signal is sometimes a bit unstable, but messaging still works.

Feel free to be creative but DO NOT respond with wipe cache/clear data or any other attempted solution before the reporting user has taken the trouble to actually try to help solve the problem (e.g. by attaching a logcat, detailed steps to reproduce etc.).
We need to force more discipline in how issues are reported which will help us all find and squash bugs that may exist.
Just clearing data etc. may in fact cause us to never find the bug that caused the issue and just makes for lazy users.

What is CyanogenMod ?

What is Nightlies (BUILD-XXX) ?
Nightlies are automated builds that are built, well, every night. There is no human interaction with these and they are largely there just to see if the code added throughout the day will compile. These Build's are numbered with Nightly-XXX (XXX are build Number's).
What is SNAPSHOT (M) Build's ?
Snapshots (M builds) are builds done roughly once a month that has had some testing to make sure things are mostly working and released to the public.These Build's are generally stable then nightlies .
What is OpenDelta OTA Updater ?
OpenDelta is an OTA / delta updater designed to keep your ROM up-to-date while downloading as little as possible. If possible, it will download only the changes between your currently flashed ROM, and the latest available one, greatly reducing the download time and size.
Is Dual and single sim supported ?
Yes , Both dual and single sim are supported .

This build is pretty much bugfree. Everything that I use works as intended.

Tested OK
Wifi works. Haven't seen any issue on 4 of my networks
Data works. Again, 2g and 3g both work just fine.
Bluetooth works. I did send and receive multiple files from my nexus to test this out.
Themes work. Tried a few different themes. All work. You might get a FC, but that has nothing to do with CM11 and theme would still work.
I've got just 1 SIM and tested it on both slots and data works on both.
GPS works for me. Havent tested it thoroughly, as I havent travelled much yet.
FM radio works starting build 5 NEW

Can I dirty flash a new build?
In most cases a dirty flash over previous build should work. But, if you find bugs, check again with a clean flash, before reporting them. Bug reports for a dirty flash are normally ignored. Similar to bug reports without logs or replication steps.
Does this include app to sd feature?
Not yet. But, I remember the developer saying he'll be adding it later on. Yes it does. NEW

wifi and theme engine works pretty well for me. You might get a FC when setting some themes. Ignore and reboot. Everything should work. Happens in my nexus as well.

Probably AOSP issue. At least it doesn't work in CM11 either. No one really notices though as the culprit (libjni_latinime.so) usually gets overwritten quite quickly by a working version from gapps.

Nope. It's different. CM-12 official builds will be based on this. And it doesn't include gapps.

For now tkruzzes paranoid android gapps working best. Also use different from apps camera app. It's sucks.

Notification Sound sometimes doesn't stop in lock screen. I think its not a problem of THIS rom only, but do you know how you can disable the notification sound?

Copy 'libjni_latinime.so' from gapps to '/system/lib/' and reboot.
At least that's what i do with CM11. I can't speak for CM12 but i guess its the same.

Usually the CM11s camera is very good but i guess its still broken for I9506 (improper resolutions, no scene modes/postprocessing).
A reliable choice would be 'Google Camera' as it comes with predefined hardware profiles/proper resolutions.

My data connection is not working w/ this rom, everything else seems to be fine considering as an alpha build...
I'm suspecting baseband, but I couldn't find standalone basedband for this phone on the net...
Is there any possibilty to update baseband w/o instlling any stock rom?
(I can remember, that I;ve found odin/recovery flashaable basebands for my older phone...)

Same. Tried flashing modem.bin from Stock KitKat, no success.

The same for me. all of those works great.

Camera Kk gives med real good pics..
Having problems with the cell reseption, works good for a while, then it suddenly lose all signals, and wont connect to the mobile network.
And when I check for updates to cm, it only shows cm11 updates, do i have to download it from this page, or can i use cyanogenmod updates on the phone?

I have this same problem, any suggestions to fix this ?

I installed the latest kitkat 1 month ago.. i guess i got the newest baseband with that. Afterwards i flashed this rom, and it works. Of course its not perfect yet, but all works most of the time.
I had a reboot when i connected bluetooth to my car. After that reboot, it worked with the car too. I don't know why it rebooted but... its ALPHA

If you need, here you can find odin flashable modem for GT-I9506 (XXUCNK1), prepared and tested by me.
It include modem and NON-HLOS bin files. The file is a tar.md5, so is self-checking on odin the checksum.
Use odin v3.07 and select pda option... but if you already used odin, you know!

I found one issue I think:
Into kernel adiutor if i check the frequency for the cpu's, the first 4 and the last four have the same frequency, min 606 max 1650, but the standard come from 403 min max 1950

Probably a kernel change.
I will test it with another.

It's not a really issue because with cpu no frill i can change the values without issues, i asked because this can be a feature for low battery usage
Post when you upload the rom fixed, I really like it, much better then my version, I think to try to compile, is the same way for cyanogenmod? I read the documentation but isn't long so i need to understand the best way

What problem with red led? If you mean to change color already fixed in any cm

I can't tell u if second sim works in 4g , ussd works sure
M'y second sim is only for vocal ans vocal work with.

But appear that @Syl157 made fix without. Really good work.
I don't know if this work with Clear Motion, HDR etc... if yes really good work.

Hdr fixed already some days ago
@Syl157 I found a issue I think, in the lockscreen give in the top left the message "Only emergency call" or nearly Im italian Idon't know if this is normal, no issue btw, the calling working fine.
I have tested with my normal usage and im very happy, really really great work, I think with your source some other cyanogenmod fan can build much better now

the october 8 build was better than this
