fastboot a kernel which has cwm.
what I did is after installing the JyROM, I flashed(it is mentioned in the steps if I want to get root) the flashable version of SuperSU v1.91(I just guessed this version of supersu because it is not mentioned in the steps what version to use, hehe, but luckily, it is fine after rebooting).
then I installed again CWM.

I tried that couple of times, but still not able to enter recovery
Also one thing I noticed, when I check thru app for root access, it says I have root access, but when I try to delete file in /system/bin, it says operation failed.

I was using xzrecovery only, as I have flashed NUTs 4.3 it included xzrecovery, but it is not working & hence this question thread, as I could not post on the dev thread.
It looks to me an issue with the recovery.
Happy to try out anything if you suggest.
Thanks again for your reply.

Did you install busybox? If you did and you used a busybox installer from the Play store, it probably broke the recovery, as most of them do not install a tool that's essential for the operation of the dual recovery.

Thanks Kingvortex for your reply... No I did not install from play store, I am using the same busybox as included in the xzrecovery installer.
Thanks to NUTs he found the issue, he feels the xzdr.prop file is not read properly by the problem, after deleting that file, now I am able to boot into recovery.
Thanks again.

Try to flash Shaaan's JB root zip, or try to flash SlimKat again.
Last and option that will work 100% is to flash stock JB from Odin and root it.

Not enough Infos that anybody can help you.
What phone, bootloader status, rooted, android version,...
Did you do something recently that could cause something to your recovery / phone?
Was recovery working before?

1. Did you really have installed the Recovery.
2. Have any Crash or Error when installing recovery.
3. If Installed XZDual Recovery from NUT try his XZDR-removaltool to remove the recovery.
4. Install the latest XZDR to your Z1 /Recommend use the computer method to install the xzdr to your phone.
Check his Thread Click Me!
NUT's website Click XZDualRecovery > Toolbox > You will find the tool call XZDR-removaltool.zip
Thx to the Master NUT for creating the Dual Recovery

Problem while installing twrp in my samsung galaxy s advance gt i9070

Respected developers,
A few days ago I had installed kitkat 4.4.2 carbon rom. Then I got the news that 6.0.1 cm13 has been realesed . I watched a couple of videos on how to install it . It needed TWRP for installing it so I flashed twrp kernal.md5 using odin and I am not sure about the file name after that my device was unable to boot then I flashed the stock rom using odin . It worked . Now can I flash that file which I used before to get a twrp now ?
The .md5 file which I used was from xda.
Currently I am using rooted jelly bean 4.1.2 with a temp cwm
You can use this: http://www.androidiani.com/forum/mo...-cyanogenmod-13-di-polishvodka-s-advance.html
Download CM13.zip, install it with temp cwm, do a wipe data and reboot (if cwm ask you about root, select No).
