But to answer:
ExistenZe is a good Stock Based Custom ROM...
I still use fully Stock and I have no issues whatsoever

why u only want to try cm11 or stock?
PA and PAC are faster than cm and u get great battery life.
Im right now on PA and I tried cm11 many time but it always lag.
if u want a fast stock based rom, then try eXistenZ Ultra.

PA and pac are perfect roms. Very fast with great battery life .pac for more.features and PA for better ram management.
I'm currently using a stock rom because I'm bored of kitkat roms.
K,if u say so,i try
Tell me wat i download,pa or pac, what will be better between both
And one more thing,i like xperia features like stamina ,camera n many more, what abt features, cant i get those with pa or pac,n i think may be i cant, then r these rom really much more faster then existenze i m using right now?
I m asking bcoz i hv not a lot time to check both,i js want ur suggestiin, what u say ?

thats nearly possible i tried ICS for stock but its really BUGGY! and LAGGY!
if someone continue the work they could deliver a great ICS ROM for stock users
who can't unlock bootloader! like us
People here are just ...imposibruu , You can`t run ics or jb on stock ,it has lower ram than custom kernels and most important stuff that are on custom kernels are missing , simply you can`t , deal with

FTFY
wanna thank xda? here
but it is not impossible to be ported to xperia x8 with stock kernel would not work properly because the stock kernel has many limitations, custom kernel is not smooth but for an everyday use.
hopefully the xda can carry large jelly bean for stock
excuse my bad English
The drivers, modules and other things required to run Jelly Bean Roms cannot be supported by the Stock kernel.Remember that it was made for Eclair after which 5 versions of Android have come out. From ICS onwards the Android versions will be too difficult to support on the Stock Kernel.I am not saying its impossible but it will lag a lot and many functionality which we can get in Custom Kernels will be lost. Also bugs will be in-numerous. Our device has only 168MB of ram and the Jelly Bean Rom(even ICS) is too large for our device.Thats why most of the people still use Gingerbread, cause its light weight and fast and a lot of Bugs have been fixed. When Key Lime Pie come out the MiniCM10 project MAY BE discontinued and many of the Jelly Bean bugs wont get fixed.Just like what happened to Honeycomb. So I will advice you to stick with Gingerbread or maybe ICS and dont go above it even on Custom Kernels.
This is only my opinion.
hi guys just dropping by here, i am from samsung forum and i want to ask here what is the latest and most stable stock ROM for X8? plz be patient just new here at x8
By the way there's no stable and fast ROM because every rom has it's own pros and cons. And it's own character so try yourself rom like ginger dx,zencefil, and rom in my signature
andthere's Many rom also out there so do some searching and testing to get a nice rom
Sent from my XPERIA X8 using xda app-developers app
Plus, you can try.. Like me.. I have try many roms for stock kernel in my x8.. Choose rom what fits with you.. You can't determine the rom's performance just by one look.. As the above bro said.. You must try at first and consider what rom is fits with your needs.. What features do you need for your phone? That's it.. X8 is a low performance phone and we all know it so we can't suggest that.. Choose yourself
There are two stock roms, donut(1.6) and eclair(2.1), you can imagine how good they are...

I tried lot of different ROMs on SP which includes MIUI, CM11, existenz, etc, etc but after 2-3 days of using always have one or more than one problem mentioned above! So I just flashed stock Jb 4.3 and Disabled lot of debloated apps from the Setting>Apps. Installed CLEAN MASTER app. Since the stock is best stable ROM therefore best battery backup no random reboot. Now waiting for the new firmware update for JB 4.3 which has already been released. I hope we are going to get it very soon and going to get a better performance! :good:
Please try Ultimate PureXSP and Ultimate BlackXSP
IMO Stock 4.1.2 is still fastest, just debloat it and it's perfect. I rather stay this and wait fixed 4.3 from Sony.

I found this in the Doomkernel post :
Xperia SP [C5302/C5303/C5306]
stock JellyBean 4.3 FW
.266 - v05, v05-new, v06
stock JellyBean 4.1.2 FW
.245/254- v02, v03, v04
.284- v01
bootloader unlocked
working fastboot
android app for overclocking like SetCPU (paid) or NoFrills CPU Control (free)
so how I can flash it and my phone is on LB ?
yes stock 4.3 got bugs but atleast the camera quality is far better then 4.1.2 whenever I install custom ROM or kernel to my Xperia SP its a kind of unstable i can't even run the full antutu benchmark it reboots at 21% no matter on what custom ROM/kernel i am running :crying: and system reboots frequently. Therefore, Now i flashed the stock 4.3 australia firmware and locked the bootloader now atleast i can run full antutu benchmark now matter how many times i run it! thats why stock is best with disabled debloated apps and obviously no Facebook app also!
We do not allow best/rom kernel threads on XDA. What's best for someone else may not be what's best for you. Best advice is to head over to the development section, try some out and see which best suits your needs.

I think the most important problem for the z1 developments section is a lot of z1's owner have locked bootloader, this is why a lot of people have stock roms ( or stock kernel based) and they dont use custom room. I have locked bootloader, with status allowed NO and i'm having a lot of problems for unlock it.

I know that the CM based is smaller and smoother but I think our Z1 has enough resources to spend for some nice prestige whit stock rom! and in another hand whit stock rom you can answer the next call when your phone ringing for sure!

Maybe it's because the developers has prefer to buy another flagship like samsung s4 or htc m8 ... I think...
But for me the main problem is the locked bootloader. xD. Also i have to recognise the stock rom is wonderfull.
Hi
Which rom is the best xperia sp rom?
My bootloader is unlocked
And I want a rom without any bug or a few bug
Thanks
Read the rules before posting bro. Please!!
Btw the experience will depend on user to user. You got jb kk and lp.
Stock jb, kk:- pac,Mahdi, vanir, crdroid , pa, cm.
You name it bro. And believe me. The devs here are awesome and their roms are as awesome as they are.
Next time don't ask or you'll experience cyber bullying from other guys.
Im on PA from neXusPrime. No lag and no bugs. Super smooth

I am doing that too. You have quite some options since you have an unlocked bootloader.
I suggest you read the bug reports on the threads, maybe try a few ROMs to find the best one for you.
Or maybe you'd wanna wait for a more stable build of CM 12.
What do you want in your dessert? Jellybean, KitKat or a Lollipop?
Btw.since you are on ubl. Every rim will work, even the lbl ones
