Anyone found a way to at least get info when a call and/or missed call occurs?
Over the last couple of weeks every time a i receive an incoming call, I go to answer by pressing "answer" , instead of answering the call , i get a message " incoming call from( blah blah blah) press 1 to answer" additionally, none of my missed calls are going to my voicemail app to retrieve voicemails , i have to call my number to get them. i did have the you mail app installed as well as the Visual Voice mail plus app installed .. however i did uninstall them and remove my account via the website. im rooted s off running current viper rom.... any one else run across this problem? ..any advice would be appreciated... thanks .

no i did uninstall it .. really dont like google voice would that have anything ti do with it?
I would much rather just use sprint vvm if i can get away with it
You might want to log in to your Google account online (via PC) and check your settings. It may still be integrated on your phone. There should be some options there to remove it.

It's Google Voice being a pain in the...
I had the same thing happen to me. It does it by default. Callers hated it, and I missed calls as well.
Its google voice causing the problem. I had the same annoying issue and you have to deactivate google voice from your sprint number. Use this method:

Calls from the blocked numbers are showing up in the call log. Is there any way to prevent this from happening as I dont want to see those calls. Is there any 3rd party apps which can do the job? Thanks in advance
