Since you have bootloader unlock allowed: no it is not possible to flash anything that requires non stock kernel. All you can flash is stock based roms.

Hello guys. Anyone knows how to downgrade my Xperia Z? I've upgrade it to Kitkat 4.4.2. But it seems that 4.1.2 is better for Xperia Z. Kitkat 4.4.2 is quite lag. Specially on HD Games. Please help me guys. Thanks!

OP's issue is solved.
Downgrade your Phone to Jélly Bean
To do that, simply check, if you are able to do that, first.
You can do that by typing the Telephone Number „*#*#7378423#*#*"
Then tap on „Service Information" and go to the Configuration.
After that you've got to go to unlockbootloader[dot]sonymobile[Dot]com to get your Unblock-ID, also-called Unlock-Key.
Accept the terms and Confirm, if you're REALLY SURE!

Bootloader unlock is not required to flash stock rom.
Xperia Z shipped with Jellybean so he has to download jellybean FTF and flash it using flash tool.
As I have posted above the issue is already solved.
The procedure you have mentioned is required for flashing CUSTOM roms

hi, did you unlock your bootloader before? if yes, then relock it. Or flash a .157 (Latest 4.4.4) via flashtool.

It's perfectly fine! Just follow the steps in flashing FTF properly.
or follow this link, which you can download any FTF easily.

Your question is not precise enough. You have to tell us more info about your phone and also more things on what you want to do.
Do you have i9305 or i9300 ? If it's i9305, maybe I can help you.
Do you have new KNOX bootloader from JB 4.3 or new KNOX bootloader from KK 4.4.4 ?
Which 4.3 ROM do you want to flash ?
i have k.k bootloader(new bootloader) and my device is i9305 AND the rom i wana install is XXUENE4][JB4.3][6.8.2014] ▌★AMCHA Rom v6.11★

Since I've upgraded to new 4.4.4 bootloader, I've never flashed 4.3 or previous, but I think it should work.
If you flash this ROM or any other ones, don't forget to backup all your data.
Why don't you try Amcha KK instead ? Amcha JB is no more maintained.
