How do i reflash 4.3

i have a galaxy s3 i9305 and i want to bring it back to stock.
i currently have 4.3 installed and i know i can't downgrade to 4.2.2
so i have only the option of 4.3. now my question is can i reflash 4.3 with odin? is that ok?
i just want a stock rom! with stock recovery
i'm sorry for my mistake but i have i9300 and not 305!!!
so if this thread needs to be moved i'm sorry just beacause i don't own this phone its my friend's phone so i didn't know!
the thing is i habe 4.3 and i wanna reflash it with 4.3 , thats it!
how do i do it?

[Q] i9305 4.3 stock rom on 4.1.2 bootloader possible?

I am on 4.1.2 version rooted with CWM installed. I want to upgrade to 4.3 stock. Is there any rom available without the knox bootloader and near stock with samsung touchwiz etc. I am searching from past one week but couldn't able to find anything on it.

Yes, there is a Stock 4.3 ROM from ShonkUK i think that basically just updates all the applications to the 4.3 versions, without KNOX. There are also a number of Modified 4.3 ROMS that all dont have KNOX so you could check them out if you fancy it.

There's KNOX, and KNOX apps. KNOX is inside the bootloader (or similar), KNOX Apps are somewhere inside the android file system.
Once the 4.3 bootloader is flashed, you're done. Most roms DON'T FLASH a bootloader, but be sure to check Usually, those flashed from recovery are safe.... from Odin... who can tell?

Thanks for the reply. Can you please give me a link from where I can download the rom or any specific name as there are lots of cwm roms available and its very confusing to pick up.

EVERY based on stock 4.3 rom here is on 4.1.2 bootloader.
However, before downloading any rom first take the time and read as much as possible, cause you seems to be novice and lazy

[Q]XZ downgrade from 4.4 to 4.3

Is it possible on a locked bootloader? If so, do i just flash the 4.3 tft on 4.4 rom or do i have to go through a special procedure.

yep bro just flash 4.3 ftf and wipe everything

Just flash the 4.3 ftf with flashtool !

Question about downgrade 4.4.4 to 4.4.2

Hi all!, i'm new to this mobile (i come from s3) and i flash Retail BR 4.4.4 via FlashFirmware (not ota) (From 4.4.2), when i flash the 4.4.4 did not know the problems about downgrade to 4.4.2 (F**k), my quiestion is:
-¿it's possible downgrade to 4.4.2 thinking thinking not upgrade via ota, or it is the same?
-Battery life of 4.4.4 is bad..BAD ¿i can solve this?
-If I can not go back to 4.4.2. ¿What is the best rom or stock rom 4.4.4?
-and I do not remember the other hahahah

Don't do it Downgrade is not possible ! if your try like this your device will brick . If you want any stock rom try this.Its a Brazilian model Xt1058
but its working almost all devices in moto x can u try this fully stock rom and battery life also good.
