MOTO x 2014 AT&T

Hello i have the AT&T Unlocked Version which im using in europe .. i want to unlock bootloader to root and write custom stuff but the moto website is not giving me the unlock code
is there anyway to unlock the bootloader so i can write a custom rom ?

Nope. You should have bought a xt1095 instead of the at&t.

Unlock bootloader and root on xt1052 lollipop?

Hey guys,
I'm about to buy a moto x xt1052 running lollipop, and was wondering if it was possible to unlock the bootloader and root on this model and firmware?

Then install TWRP - https://twrp.me/devices/motorolamotox2013.html
Then flash SuperSU via TWRP

Remove WARNING: Bootloader Unlocked message on Marshmallow

Hey there, I just wanted to share this for those who have unlocked bootloader and updated to Marshmallow. Simply extract logo.rar and flash it using the following command:
Code:
fastboot flash logo logo.bin
Otherwise, just flash marshmallow_logo.zip with custom recovery
Final result will look like image attached below

This is for all versions of the phone?

Do i flash it in twrp?

I don't know how to put photo in this post. But the logo was same as after marshmallow update of my osprey.

By any chance did you update via OTA?

That's why your bootlogo keeps on Lollipop, same happened to me until I unlocked bootloader and flashed a 6.0 firmware using fastboot

This is bootlogo of my moto g 2015 after update to marshmallow then only i unlock it and root it. If this logo is not marshmallow, if any doubt you can post marshmallow logo , please.

The image you've uploaded is Lollipop bootlogo, try to flash OP logo using fastboot and let me know

Also the official release were waiting but the thing that now every owner of ze500kl and a custom rom ( CyanogenMod , Parandroid etc . )
