So i have an HTC One 802w :crying:, and i was trying to do all the necessary steps to convert it into a google edition, but in my attempt to get s-off, after unlocking and rooting my phone, i did a wipe all from recovery mode, well after that my phone wouldn't load anything past the initial HTC splash screen. so it left me unable to even access recovery. does anyone know what i can do?

There's NO WAY to convert ANY Dual SIM versions (like 802w) to GPE. From where did you get that idea?
You should flash RUU for your phone: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2617159

put your phone into fastboot USB mode, if you stuck on the white screen with the green HTC logo, then hold the power button down and the volume down together, keep holing them and the lights on the bottom will flash 10-15 times, when they stop flashing and the phone goes off, release the power button only, but continue to hold down the volume down, this will take you to the bootloader, select fastboot in the list if its not already there then plug into your computer, it should now say fastboot USB
Next, download the correct full RUU for your phone from the link supplied above (not an OTA), there is a couple of choices, you can confirm which one is yours by the 401 or the 1402, and also make sure the CID matches, all this info should be on your bootloader screen, then run it in windows, let it do its thing.

Well it looks really bad. CID should not be all 0, looks like something is corrupted. And without any fastboot connection, there is nothing you can do (Even a ruu need fastboot to flash). Probably your only hope now is to send your phone for a JTAG flash or to send it to HTC.
Just to be sure, you are in bootloader mode when you do fastboot commands right? not from that white HTC screen?

Hi
I think I made a huge mistake when relocking my bootloader, used the "fastboot oem relock" command before anything else. I was still on custom ROM (Google edition) When trying to update firmware it wouldnt let me flash it. It gets stuck on the sending image, it doesnt give a error report, it just keeps saying sending without anything happening. I then tried to unlock my bootloader again both with the old token, and also tried to get a new token from HTC Dev. Everytime it gets stuck on the "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" command. No error report, it just gets stuck at sending. Tried to leave it for up to 15 minutes without a luck.
I guess it got something do do with the bootloader version not match the recovery? My bootloader i sno locked, so cant get into recovery. I figured out that my only opition is to flash a stock RUU for my phone, but cant find anyone that works. Tried a few of them out there, both the executable desktop version and tried to flash to phone with adb commands. No luck, it just keep getting stuck. Anyone who can point me in the right direction?

does the bootloader say fastboot USB?
if you issue the command fastboot devices do you see the phone?
Unlocking should just work.
If you can't get it unlocked an RUU is your best bet.

My bootloader says fastboot usb in red. I can use the adb commands, and the device answears to the comands, but it's just keep getting stuck whatever I'm trying to push to the phone. recovery, RUU, unlock token, firmware.. nothing works, and it just freezes..
Need to reset phone with powerbutton for 15 seconds to get bootloader up again.
What RUU image would be my best shot based on my information?

What does the security warning mean? It came when I relocked bootloader...
You get the security warning because you locked the phone while running a custom recovery. Hang on a few minutes and I will find the RUU you need
Edit :
There may not be one for your cid.
Try another cable, usb port, or computer to send the unlock token.
Thank you so very much!!
Found my old laptop running linux. Pushed the unlock token to the phone and there it went.
Unlocked again.
Knew I was missing something basic. Strange thing though, my adb drivers seemed to working fine, and has never given me a problem before.
Thanks a million.
Happy to help.
Now UNLESS you're doing an RUU install there is NO reason to lock the Bootloader.
Leave it alone

No and even if you did you'd want S-off and supercid bootloader lock wouldn't matter
Hey all. A some time ago I rooted my phone, unlocked bootloader, no S-OFF, and installed HD Revolution, 31.6 or something and it worked great for a good two months. But now my phone got jammed, I booted it and it doesn't work. Can't access recovery or start the phone, when I go to bootloader and try to go to recovery, it says entering recovery and boots again. I've tried to install multiple RUU's via fastboot method but it won't work. I always get the message remote: 24 parsing android info file. Tried to relock bootloader and then it gives the error 12 parsing android info file error.
So where to now? Can't get adb to work, tried multiple ways. It could've been the solution to boot to recovery? Can't boot to recovery via fastboot. Any ideas?
Have you tried reflashing recovery via fastboot?
Can you boot to recovery via fastboot with a recovery img file stored on your PC?

I've tried reflashing multiple recoveries multiple times, and always did fastboot erase cache. Couldn't boot to recovery via fastboot command also, phone just jammed for 10minutes.
And I just figured out, I can't get adb working because I can't start my phone. Am I correct?

As said, I can't get adb to work. I think the phone should be started for it to work, but as said, I can't start it. Only available to bootloader etc.
I just want to know why the recovery won't work, I've installed many recoveries many time, everytime it says entering recovery, and then just boots. And boots again for a million times, but what is the reason?
I'm trying to boot the recovery through fastboot, but the phone just freezes. Well I'll wait for 30min and we'll see if it works. I doubt.
Is there any Roms or RUUs I could install straight from fastboot?
So is the problem that I've got hboot 1.55? And I can't downgrade it because I can't use adb. Where to now? Anyone?
According to other One users, this problem occures, if a wrong version recovery is used. I've tried every CWM version for every HTC One, international, verizon, AT&T and so on including touch versions but none of them works. So can anyone help me? I can't use adb at all.Anything to do or should I throw it out of the window?

yeah .. if you flashed a cdma recovery on your GSM phone you probably killed the partition structure and it's not easy to fix.
Their are a couple of guys here that can do it, but it's way over my head, ... maybe @nkk71 will help you

I had this issue and is annoying how long it took to me fix. I had to try and get adb to work on several computers and eventually it did, from there I installed everything stock then unlocked the phone and root, install custom recovery and s-off with chosen rom. Now if you install twrp the latest version and sideload a Rom you will be good to go or get a usb otg. I was able to install custom recovery by adb but couldn't do anything else. I was able to sideload using twrp recovery in adb

Well you know how to flash recovery lets try one more time with the correct one.
Download this >>http://techerrata.com/browse/twrp2/m7ul
put it in your fastboot folder and md5 check it - f428caf36c9c337e2ae417fc10fbe165
if it's ok continue
fastboot flash recovery openrecovery-twrp-2.6.3.4-m7ul.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
after the last step use volume down to select bootloader then volume down to select recovery (power button to select)

I thought that adb is unavailable if phone can't be powered on? Atleast I can't get it to work.. And I tried RUU and it was correct but couldn't get it to work.

I can't access recovery.
Hello.
I have been trying to repair this by myself for 3 days reading this forum but I just can't do it.
My phone had unlocked bootloader, rooted and SOFF. When I was flashing a rom I don't know what happened but it deleted my OS.
Then I tried to update my firmware and it deleted my SD card. I'm stuck at TWPR recovery.
Now when I try to use a RUU installer it always shows an error, I also tried to use a RUU via fastboot command and it shows error 42. My bootloader is relocked btw.
I cannot sideload anything because my SD was wiped.
I'm now somewhat desperate. I just want my phone to revive.
My MODEL ID is PN0712000 and I got SuperCID 1111111
My firmware is version is 3.17.502.3.
PLEASE help me.

Everything looks Good !!
Hold the power button and vol down till the phone reboots
continue holding just vol down back to the bootloader
then do
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
then to fastboot USB and start the RUU on your PC again (rebooting the PC before doing all this is a good idea also).(If your on windows 7 running the RUU as Administrator is good too)
Also check the md5 of the RUU you downloaded to make sure it's good

When I run the installer it reboots in RUU Mode (the grey HTC letters) then it checks my phone, deletes my user data, and then it says "sending..." after that it fails and shows the 155 IMAGE ERROR and something about getting the right ROM.
How can I check the MD5? Maybe that's the problem.

I'm Glad your back up and running !!
To start off, I have had my htc one for about 4 months and around December my battery died and I charged it back up. I was then shown the boot loader screen which I never had seen before. Ever since then when I restart my phone it randomly goes to that screen sometimes so I just then did fast boot and booted into the android os. Yesterday my phone froze so I attempted to restart it and then I was stuck with the htc quietly brilliant screen. I have let the battery die like that and charged it back up but nothing happens. I tried to factory reset it in the boot loader but that does not work either. The boot loader currently shows this:
Tampered
Locked
S-ON
Keep in mind I have never tried to install custom roms or anything else I have left it purely at stock. I also got it straight from a T-mobile store. Help is appreciated.
-Thanks!

ok, the bootloader tampered flag mean someone already unlocked it. If you are 100% sure you did not attempted to mod anything, this mean your phone wasn't new when you bought it and you should consider returning it back to store. The main problem is that they will probably deny the warranty because of this tampered flag. They will probably assume that you have tampered the phone.
You can also try to reset back to 100% stock with an ruu.exe. Be sure to use a windows 8.0, 7 or xp computer. not a windows 8.1. Connect the phone to your computer and boot it to bootloader mode then, lauch the ruu.exe.
This is the ruu you need
edit: note that it will completely wipe your data.
edit2: note that the ruu will not remove the tampered flag unless you want to go trough many other steps.

Ok I'll do that and see what happens. Thanks for the help!
@maxt95
If your phone still have issue after the ruu (freeze/reboot) then we can assist you to s-off, remove tempered flag etc etc... make the device looks like if it had never been tampered with and you'll be able to send it under warranty
if you screwed this yourself don't be shy to admit it. Much easier to assist when we know all the details.

You will need to have fastboot/adb tools installed on your computer ----> HERE
and you'll need latest HTC drivers installed. This can be done by installing HTC sync software you can find HERE
then reboot in bootloader mode, select fastboot, open minimal adb and fastboot and enter the cmd.

My issue is that my phone is stuck at the "HTC Quiently Brilliant" screen. I tried reboot, recovery and reset factory settings, I still get stuck at the htc screen.. Let me try what you've suggested.
And, by the way my bootloader says ****LOCKED*** (Pink Font) on top of the menu.. Not sure if that helps...

So it looks like your phone is completely stock and you never tampered it. Since you already did a factory reset, there is not much you can do... you should try to erase cache and see if the phone can boot properly:
reboot phone in bootloader/fastboot mode and type this command:
Code:
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot
if your phone still don't boot you should consider go back to a bell mobility store and ask for a repair/replacement if your phone is still under warranty. If not under waranty you can try the guide linked in my signature below (return stock for canadian user by SaHiLzZ). The guide require to flash a custom recovery which need an unlocked bootloader. Unlocking the bootloader will wipe the phone and may void your warranty.

Download/install latest android sdk from here. Remember where you install it.
Download and install latest htc sync manager from here. Then uninstall it. We only want the drivers.
boot your phone in bootloader mode by holding power and vol -
select fastboot (use vol + and vol - to navigate then hit power to select)
plug usb cable between phone and computer (do not use any usb hub, use usb 2.0 port directly on back of computer)
Now back to the sdk you have installed, navigate to the ''platform-tools'' folder of the sdk. I.e: adt-bundle-windows-x86_64-XXXXXX\sdk\platform-tools
hold shift and right click a blank space in the folder. Select ''start a cmd prompt here'' from the contextual menu. A cmd prompt window will open.
Now type fastboot getvar all
Copy/paste the output and post it here except IMEI and SERIALNO
Then we will have the required info to assist you.

hold shift and right click a blank space in the folder. Select ''start a cmd prompt here'' from the contextual menu. A cmd prompt window will open.
Now type fastboot getvar all
Copy/paste the output and post it here except IMEI and SERIALNO
Then we will have the required info to assist you.

The easiest solution for you now is to install a custom rom. Is your bootloader locked or unlocked?
edit: nvm just saw you have unlocked from your 1st post.
Download and flash latest twrp recovery from here

The options you have are:
Flashing a custom rom i.e. arhd
Returning to stock:
You can't flash the official rom (guru reset rom) for your version (3.63.707.4) because that rom is corrupted atm. Read this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2682363
So the only way to return stock require to s-off your phone and use this RUU
S-off require a working rom to be achieved.
In both cases you'll need to flash a custom rom first.

I don't understand, you said you have unlocked your bootloader and flashed supersu in post #1 then you should know how to flash a recovery...
Code:
fastboot flash recovery <name_of_file>.img
fastboot erase cache
fastboot reboot-bootloader
