HTC m7 just turned off. - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

My phone suddenly turned off on its own. I thought it just experienced an error so that's why it turned off. After that I can't turn it on. I tried to charged it but there's no battery icon and LED's not flashing. Please help.

Try shining a bright light on the top left sensor and hole power and volume down

[Q] Droid 3 Turning on while charging, possible? LED Indicator, broken?

If my Droid 3 is off how do I turn it on while being connected and charged by usb cable?
The LED indicator light does not turn on even though the battery is <5% and the phone is off. Even at 0% there is no light.
The light only works if push my connector half way through and tilt the connector to trigger the light. But isn't this pointless?
turning it on while on the charger sucks i just keep pressin the power button lol and the light just blinks on when you plug the charger in it doesnt stay lit
I've found my phone won't startup unless there's a certain amount of power (this appears to be approx 10-15%), then the phone automatically restarts.
The LED charging indicator didn't work until I did the OTA upgrade. It will light up white when it's charging, but only when the phone is switched off, once it turns on, the light goes out.

[Q] HTC One

I have an HTC One. I was using it normally today, but got home and it was one percent. I plugged it up to charge and went to check a notification I had, and it turned off. It has happened before, and the charge light was on and it went straight to the screen where it shows the red battery and percent below it. This was normal - like I said, it's happened to me before. Then, it completely turned off instead of charging. A short time later, the orange charging light went off.
I plugged it up into the wall as advised a forum I was looking at for this problem, and apparently it is a common thing with these phones. I've let it charge for about an hour and it still isn't turning on and both the charge light and the red LED light have not come on at all. I tried to trick where I held it under my lamp light and held the power button and both the up and down volume buttons but it still hasn't turned on. Maybe I just haven't left it plugged up long enough?
Any advice? I use my phone a lot, so I really need it!

M7 dead blinking LED only?

Hi.
Some time ago i smashed my m7 so hard it needed a screen replacement. After doing it myself I connected it to charger, LED started blinking red. So, i disconnected phone and tried turning it on, but it only vibrated and LED stopped blinking.
After that and leaving it for whole night charging i got no more blinking or vibrating when i press power button.
Screen never turned on after my fix.
Do any of the XDA magicians have idea what's going on and how i could fix this?
Thanks in advance! :fingers-crossed:

xperia sp doesn't turn on and red led blinking

Hi guys my xsp has gone to sleep since 2 days ago. it had low battery percentage and it was in my bag. i just pick that and tried to turn it on. nothing happened. i thought it is out of charge and I plugged it in for many hours but i didn't see any signs of charging ( led or turning on. red led turns on after some minutes and turns off again) and when i removed the charger and tried to turn it on the red led blinked for 2 times for each power button pressing and no signs of turning on! i tried both yellow button in the back and volume up + power and also setting in charge for long hours. no changes! plz help
you can see video from this link https://files.fm/u/47qk6fxj
you can try jumpstarting your battery (requires a bit of disassembly), and if it still doesnt take a charge the battery protection IC (it should be part of the battery, it usually is) is bad, and you will need to replace battery.
good luck
