300k MMS size limit - Sprint HTC One (M7)

I'm on HTC One M7 and my MMS suddenly has a size limit of 300k.
I had issues with my messaging before which led me to reset to default settings...I think I might have erased the data as well...i'm not sure. Anyway, the time stamps on incoming messages were off by like 4 hours. After resetting and doing some other stuff they went back to normal but now my MMS limit is 300k.
I've looked in the default.xml file and my settings are set at 300k, 600k, and 2MB and if I read correctly 2MB is activated.
Can anyone help out?

MMS limit

Is there a way to limit the file size of the mms to be restricted to say perhaps 300k instead of the standard 600? I tried going into the mms settings and there are no other options other than 600.
thanx
simple search and you'll find a cab for up to 3mb mms

SMS audio, video or pic message size

Hi guys, I'm pretty new here but I've searched endlessly here and around google and a few other search engines and no solution to my question.
When I try to send an Audio message, video or pic message I'm only limited to 300k, is there any way to increase the size of this? It's really becoming a problem for me.
You should buff up your search skills because this question has been asked many times but no worries, heres your soluiton:
MMS size to 1MB
Thanks to over2land
\HKLM\Software\ARcsoft\ArcSoft MMS UA\ Config\UI\Size Limit
change this size limit to 1024000
now you should be able to send up to 1MB over MMS.

Click to collapse
Theres gonna be several keys, Wap1SendLimit1, Wap1SendLimit2, Wap1SendLimit3 and the same for Recieve. After you've edit the corresponding keys, SendLimit1 and RecvLimit1, exit out of your registry editor and soft reset your device, then go to messaging MMS options, Servers, select your mms connection settings then on the bottom theres yoru send limi. There should be 3 options and one of them would be 1000K or whatever you set the key to in your registry.
If that's too much for you, look in the list of cabs on this thread, there's one there for a 600 limit - I'm sure there's another kicking around on here for larger sizes

I think other phones have receive limits, so you might want to check the larger files you send are actually getting there....
Good luck.

MMS limits or settings

Okay some background. I have a kaiser on Rogers. I can send any size mms thanks to reg changes. I can only recieve mms messages that are under 300k. If they are over that then they show up in inbox but wont download. I swapped out sim chips with kids phone and hers will get them with either chip my Kaiser wont at all with either chip so its not a provider issue.
I have used Raisiks mms extender and set limits to 1 meg. I have also manually edited settings in Total Commander. Makes no difference still wont recieve over 300k.
There must be some other setting that is preventing larger sizes. Does anyone have any ideas?

[Q] MMS Message Size Limit?

Hello there
I was trying to send a 15-second video via MMS but I kept getting this message:
"Message size limit reached. Sorry, you cannot attach this to your message."
I went into Settings and I realized that the maximum size limit is 300K. I then tried a third party application called Textra which lets you set the size limit to whatever you want, but it still said: "The attachment is too large. Review your MMS settings.".
I am pretty sure my provider allows larger than 300K but unfortunately my phone doesn't. Is there a way to change that? I am running TrickDroid 8.0 so I am, of course, rooted.
Any ideas or tips are much appreciated.
Thank you.

MMS send size to what? Increase send limit

MMS gets a bit confusing to me when wanting to send group text messages...
I am using Textra on Verizon but regardless I have seen some apps default MMS to 1MB but should that be a smaller setting. To be on the safe side should I set that to 300 KB so I am sure I have no failed messages?
Additionally, how can I get around the SMS sending limit on Lollipop is I am rooted and using Xposed. Is there a way to increase the limit a bit higher?
