Hi buddy you can try different custom roms for SSG3 mini one of them is Maclaw's CM10.1 you can check out the Dmod Rom too it's on version 6 by now, there are also pacman and AOKP custom roms as well as enox and benz rom, there are some other more roms but these are the most used by people around, (there isn't a paranoid rom until I know and unfortunately there isn't a MIUI rom either ) i'm personally using carmor rom that is based on Dmod rom v6 good luck trying out pal

Install a custom recovery, easiest way to install is by downloading goo.im (TWRP) or rom manager (CWM), just choose either one
then you can flash custom packages in recovery, and you might also want to flash the 3 button mod to enter recovery

already done installing a new custom rom i tried the [ROM][AROMA][DEODEX]DMod v6 its cool.. thanks all
CM10.1 and AOKP are very good but lacking the ability to record videos.. Dmod is my favourite stock based ROM but they're all worth trying.
My first custom ROM on this phone was benzrom, no problems there.
PAC ROM and paranoid android were a bit slow for my liking. Perhaps they're not as suited to this phones speed.
I'm currently using AOKP by maclaw studio and it is my favourite as its very smooth and light, and has good customization.

I haven't tried AOKP yet, how about recording videos on that rom? Is worth trying?

[Q] Why not Port Roms?

Hi guys! Im curious why our monster device dont have too much ported roms though it is possible? is it because there is only few users? I want to learn how to port roms for our device. Im reading a tutorial here in XDA and have a porter friend from my past device. I asked him to port roms for our device like slimbean, carbonrom, Pac etc. Hope this device gets more attention from the rom makers

I will help you as much as i can...will share links which i have read to port MIUI V5 for our device...
And the reason that our device does not has many roms is that it was not released globally like the S3 or S4...
It is actually local only to Korea...and still many have managed to get it...
And its good if we all work together as a team ... we sure will have many roms for our device too....:good:

We need Base CM10 or CM10.1 depending on what we will port. Do we have "Clean" CM10 or CM10.1 as base?

Yup, even i am referring to the same guide...
Now as far as i know we do have a clean CM10 as base for SHV-E120L & SHV-E120S both...but we dont have a pure clean CM10.1 for either of the devices...
But we do have Mokee OS 4.2.2 for both of the above mentioned devices...and i even tried to take CM10.1 from Cyanogen mods website and take Mokee OS as base to port the latest to CM10.1 and have a running CM10.1 but i never succedded...
And i was also wondering if you know what is the difference between these 2 devices...
Thanks
Thats what i dont know. Im just a new user of this device. If we have clean CM10 then we can port 4.1.2 roms. but not 4.2.2. It's OK there are lot of nice 4.1.2 roms out there Can u give me the link of the clean CM10 for SHV e120L?

Yeas there is Mokee 4.2.2 and ive tried it. Its base on CM10.1. We must first know what did the porter used as a base to port Mokee 4.2.2.

OK, check these links
This link contains pure CM10 compiled by Socim:
http://d-h.st/users/Space/?fld_id=0#files
And this link contains a spread sheet which mentions most of the roms that exist for our devices...
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AosAjYg4w51XdHkxNlRzWFk4UllTTHFNd1JpLW9TWHc&pli=1#gid=19
Hope this helps...:good:
Ok i will try using Socim's CM10 as base.

htc logo as menu button on 4.4

Are there any roms that do this? Yes I searched, there is information all over the place.
I'm still on 4.2 because of the ability to do this with a custom kernel, thanks.

There are many kernels that support that feature on 4.4/4.4.2 Roms.

Are they all based on cyanogen or any stock/googleplay edition roms? A lot of information is cluttered everywhere.

Choosing kernel

Hi all!
I usually don't make this kind of questions for my Phone, but i don't own an i9070. I'm asking it for my girlfriend's one.
I'm searching for a good kernel, stable as possible, with ZZmove governor, overclock and zRAM. I would like, IF POSSIBLE, to find all those things in one kernel, but for AOSP-based ROMS.
I've found this information in not all kernel OPs, then i can't discern between Samsung and AOSP based. So i'm asking here.
Can someone recommend a valid kernel for a 4.4.4 OmniROM?
Thank you in advance!

I think that you will not find one. As I remember there is only one kernel for Omni. Devs did not create moded ones for it (for I9070).

Thank you for your quick reply.
And there are no moded kernels for 4.4.4 AOSP ROMs? Can you confirm OmniROM to be the lightest and more stable ROM for i9070?

I can't confirm, because I just installed Omni 4.4, and used it for 2 days. There is one modded I think, but not sure. Look in original development section of I9070 forum part.

[HELP] Multi Boot and Kernel ??

Friends, am trying to test multiboot... i am right now USING Ressurrection Remix 6.0 with linux kernel. I´ve downloaded the app multiboot, but it says that i dont have a kexec hardboot kernel...
If you guys have experience in multiboot, please, tell me....
1 - How to use a kexec hardboot kernel? (i know flash kernel on ADB) .. but... what kernel should i use?
2 - Should i first flash the kernel, or install the rom? (because everytime i am using some rom, and flash other kernel, i got stuck on sony logo)
3 - I wanted to use a lollipop as primary and 6.0 as secundary.
Does we have some smart brain to help me figure it out? ( i ´ve been searching but... nothing about the kernel.. )
and i bet it´s going to be really usefull help to everyone....

You can install a rom that has a kernel compatible with multiboot on 5.1.1 and then install the last multirom by drakonizer if I remember well and then install a MM Rom on secondary partition
