It's the same phone as the gsm sense model. Install a recovery then any rom you want

You usually need to wait for a rooted version of the stock Rom.

Stock kernel from what android version? What base? Just download a stock ROM and pull the boot.img.

3.10 or 3.17 base?
If 3.17, you can use flar2's bulletproof. It's pretty close to stock. Or like I said, pull the kernel from your ROM.zip

I have used HTC devices before and successfully rooted them with some research so please don't flame me but I cannot find a "how to" on rooting the Sprint HTC one on the latest system update (4.3). Could anyone point me to this?
