I pre-ordered a White Note 4 from Samsung directly and just got an email saying the shipment will be delayed from the 10th to around the 17th to "ensure your product is received in perfect condition and quality checked". Maybe to get rid of the glass gap people have been finding in Korea? The email also says that I'm getting a free Gear Fit however as a "complimentary gift for your pre-order" which is pretty awesome and unexpected as I didn't know that was on offer :laugh:

I honestly had no idea it came with one, it didn't mention it on the pre-order page or anywhere else..... Pretty excited now though, I quite like the Fit when I first saw it.

Any body have a problem ordering from Itskins? I ask because I ordered their GLA.Z Tempered Glass Screen Protector. I ordered it on 1/26/2013, right before their national holiday.
They do not respond to my E-Mails. I've left messages on their "Offline" support, which never seems to be online.
I am now getting very annoyed. My order has been labeled "IN PREPARATION" for over a month!

i posted in the itskins thread regarding this. they don't respond to anything. i sent emails and offline messages inquiring about their Lava case for the note 2. i ended up ordering it despite it being out of stock. it took about 4-5 days but it came. i think you just got unlucky with your order. the case i got isn't that great. I'd go with a different company. casemate at least has amazing customer service.
opasha - Well the %@!$&*^%!*@$ have my money already. I'll either give up (NOT) or keep contacting them via their allowed methods.
I really liked the look of their SP. Full screen, even around the speaker and the home button.
While I wait impatiently, I'll have to find an as good replacement.
I ordered on 1-15. After 2 months I just requested a refund through email. They never responded but I did get a refund. Also seems that their screen protectors are just now ready to ship out this week.
Also when I ordered I got a discount. The refund me the normal price. Got an extra 10 dollars back
I wish they would have told me that it would be in stock soon.

Nope, nothing yet. I saw them say something like "Please don't email/phone us about dispatch dates for z1 owners who are getting a free sw2 as it will just give us more to do" on their blog or twitter or something though.
Good to know I'm not the only one but it's frustrating!
I just got an email from them saying that they expect to ship all of the smart watches by the end of the week.

I also ordered an Xperia Z1 through the smartwatch 2 offer on clove. My smartwatch 2 hasn't shipped out yet, but I received an email from them saying that it should ship by by the end of the week. The only problem is that on the website it says that the black silicone strap is sold out. Does this mean that everyone whose order has not been dispatched yet has to wait for new stock to arrive, or does it just mean that there is no stock for new orders?
Can't wait for it to arrive!
I got mine today (UK). EBay methinks, will help offset the cost of the phone simply free.

I too had the smartwatch offer with clove. Got no dispatch email but despite that it turned up this morning! Actually really like it. It's simple and is not trying to be too clever. I'm using watchit which pushes all notifications to the watch seamlessly. Wasted £5 on the smartwatch augmentation thing. Didn't really get it. Watchit is much easier and free too! It looks fine on the wrist too. Even the wife thought it looked good! I was also surprised how many apps are available. Most are pretty useless but I think it's a good sign for the future.
In the few hours I've used it I would say it's actually been quite useful as a remote notification device. It also means I can keep my phone on silent which is nice as it annoys the wife. You just get a nice gentle vibration on your wrist which feels fine. Haven't missed anything yet. The only issue for me is not being able to do much when you get a notification. For example, you can see emails but can't delete them. In the end you always have to go to the phone. What I've realized is that I'm opening the phone much less now. Which is good.
Would just like to amend the comment about the app augmented smartwatch pro. It's actually very good and does a lot more than watchit. For example it allows me to control Google music. Watchit does not. My point should have been that I wanted the watch simply as a notification device. The augmented thing does that, I just believe watchit does it better. Just slightly annoying that I spent a fiver on an app to control Google music! Oh well.

Preordered mine from Amazon UK on the 17th of September. The site says is been in stock since October 1st but it hasn't dispatched yet
Then again, I AM in Australia... ETA is the 5th but I really doubt that it can get here in one day
Haven't gotten mine yet. I read the questions and answers on their blog today that said no one will be getting an individual email that their watches have shipped. Once they're done with all orders from the Z Ultra and Z1 then one mass email will go out. You may get your watch before you get an email.
Bottom line: be patient. Le'sigh

I got mine yesterday, haven't used it other than to check it powers on.
Received mine today. Shows it was dispatched on 9/27/13 via Royal Mail.
Took literally less than 2-3 minutes to set up and start using. It's a little big for a woman's wrist but I don't mind.

The woman who gets the mail here at work is at lunch so I can't confirm if it came USPS. I'm going to assume that it did because there is no 3rd party courier information on the packaging itself.
Updated to add: Confirmed this was delivered by USPS.

Yeah very odd..
Listed on asus website with no information on availability .
The only way to buy the watch is to import from bhphotovideo. (with duty it comes to about £299)
not sure what the UK final price will be though
They have it on the Amazon.de site but you can't have it shipped it to the UK. It seems it's widely available in Europe just not in the UK, maybe it's some safety issue delaying things??
I pre-ordered one from amazon.fr. (france) And even though it had been displaying coming soon (even now) on their website, I received a confirmation email today that it had been shipped.
I tracked it, and it is already in Peterborough, UK, and will be delivered here to me in London on Saturday.
During the pre order, it dropped to 230 euro for the leather-band then went back up, and they honored it..
£193.33 not bad.
Also, saw on reddit that you can use a 15mm pin and just carefully alter your own strap

I pre-ordered on the 26th of November, then I contacted them via email in english and asked if they have stock due before christmas, otherwise I'd have to look for an alternative. They said they don't have a date but they would bump me up the queue.

I pre-ordered mine from Amazon fr (no 3rd party sellers) on 17th of this month... the status is still 'coming soon' and my chanses of getting it until the 24th are getting slim, despite amazon saying they can guarantee a delivery before xmas with fast shipping.. Now it's been 4 days and i haven't received any shipping confirmation email yet .. I've also selected fast shipping!.. Is there a way to contact them? Any detail would be appreciated!!

yes.. I use google translate to help me navigate to their contact us page. There is an option for email in english, use that to send them an email. I did this and they bumped me up the queue and sent me my watch already

EDIT: I already got a kind answer from amazon fr although it's kinda uncertain.. they said it will be shipped on the "release date".. Turns out Asus also hasn't provided them with a release date either. I really start to believe that we'll get it around Q1 2017 like on the UK... Bad move Asus !

I ordered the silver-leather one but judging from our amazon replies we will be getting it early next year
EDIT: silver-silicon band is listed as available in stock on the 28th of December...so definately it's a 1-10 January delivery
Well actually my first choice was amazon de but unfortunately didn't shipped to my country so the second choice was amazon fr.
Zenwatch 3 was top priority to me when being announced earlier September at IFA 2016 as the most beautiful and top design smartwatch released s far to my taste
But if I have to complain for something is that 3-4 days after receiving it amazon fr dropped the price from 249 to 224 for few hours discount offer and send them email that's being unfair for that of being of first one to pre order from earlier November when being list at their web page and to provide me refund the 25 euro differences but hey they refused to do that.
They told me to re order with the new price and return the first purchase but after few minutes receive the email response from them immediately they changed the price back to 249 euro.
So I missed the change to re order to the discount price.
From that prospect I'm not so pleased by Amazon fr policy and attitude.
Well that's said hope to receive yours as soon as possible.

Do you have any photos to prove it? Usually a credit card company can fight if you have a good proof.
I'm going through this right now. And, I had a defective Note 8 that I returned. Here it is almost 2 months later and I still haven't been credited for the Note 8 I returned and I'm out a perfectly good Note 5 that I traded in expecting to receive $350-$425 in trade-in. Completely annoyed and will never ... NEVER purchase anything from the Samsung site again. I've been in a tit-for-tat email war with "Ecommerce (Samsung Office of The President)" and am still fighting them today!! This green bar showed up on day 3 of my Note 8. The same day that I sent off my Note 5.

My stupid self thought since all we place in the box is the phone and label outside they might not have the right phone matched to the account so I only took a picture of the esn. Also I heard if I dispute the charge they will blacklist my note 8. So annoying !

Great phone, suck ass service... They should not sell direct. They should alone focus on making products.

I did a dispute. I am sure it's going to be a battle. I am just going to keep pushing them. The more they piss me off the more I am thinking of changing over to a pixel or HTC next time around.
